One Week Later

"Hey." Calls a quiet voice, Barbra looks up. She had been so wrapped up in her thoughts that she hadn't heard Dabria come into the Cave. "I just wanted to say... Goodbye." Barbra tried to smile at the younger girl. She was dressed in her Phantom Suit.

The night that Dabria killed Azrael, Bruce didn't say a word to her, the cops didn't arrest her, and Dabria began to pack up all of her stuff to leave. Barbra had heard from Bruce that she was finishing up her Fall Semester at Gotham University but she would not return there in the Spring, despite his urgings. She was apparently looking for a place to get an online degree. When Barbra had asked Bruce where Dabria would go, Bruce just shook his head.

"I'm going to miss having you around Ria." Barbra says, as she stands. "I always thought we needed more girl power around here." Dabria smiles and nods.

"It is a boy fest here." Barbra laughs. "I'm bummed I never got to meet Spoiler or Black Bat." Barbra shrugs.

"You will, eventually, if you're going to be hanging around Gotham." Dabria pursed her lips. "You are sticking around right?"

"Yeah I..." Dabria sighed. "A while back, during the beginning of this whole Council of Shadows business, Jason actually offered me a spot on his team, the Outcasts." Barbra nodded slowly, remembering what Damian had told her seemingly a lifetime ago. "He said I would fit right in with all the other misfits and lost toys." Dabria smiled lightly.

"I... I think it will be good for you but, fair warning, their headquarters is complete shit." Dabria smiled.

"Yeah, I know. I saw it. I visited once. Tim wasn't there but Jason let me check the place out." Dabria shrugged. Barbra didn't realize she and Jason were that close.

"And you still want to go back?" Dabria laughed, just barely.

"Yeah, I do. I think it will be... A nice change of pace. It's more my style anyways. I'm used to living in abandoned buildings." Barbra nodded a little.
