"Bet you didn't fucking count on that did you asshole!" Azrael said nothing as Dabria shouted at him through the bars of his prison

"Bet you didn't fucking count on that did you asshole!" Azrael said nothing as Dabria shouted at him through the bars of his prison. In fact, he was smiling at her like he had planned all of this. "Don't make me go in there and slap the shit out of you!" When Dabria and Azrael fell off the roof, Dabria portaled them into an empty cell in the Downtown Gotham Police Station. They had apparently scared the shit out of the staff and the other prisoners being held their temporarily.

"Is she always this vocal." Barbra jumped at the sound of her fathers voice.

"Sort of." Barbra said, glancing over at him. Her father had known for a couple years now that she was Batgirl and he had been very angry not only at her but at Bruce for the longest time. She could still remember how her fathers voice cracked as he shouted at Bruce on the rooftop next to the Bat signal.

"That's my daughter you bastard! How could you do this to me? I trusted you!"

But Jim Gordon had eventually come to accept Barbra as Batgirl. After all, it wasn't any more dangerous than his work as the Commissioner, or her own work as a detective. He had never apologized to Bruce for what he said though and as far as Barbra knew, he still held a bit of resentment for him, though they kept their personal and professional lives separate while on the job. "Where is Batman planning on moving him?"

"We haven't decided yet. Batman doesn't think he should go to Arkham."

"Why not? One more nut job in that place wouldn't do anyone any harm." Barbra shook her head.

"As far as Batman can tell, Azrael is sane and he hasn't even committed any dangerous acts yet." Jim Gordon snorted. "Attacks against us and other heroes don't count in the public eye since we're "asking for a fight" when we dress up like this." Barbra said, gesturing to her Batgirl outfit.

"Gordon are you sure I can't just rough him up a little?" Dabria demanded, stalking towards Barbra and her father.

"That wouldn't be in your best interest Phantom." Her father said. Barbra could smell something burning and knew that somewhere something had just caught on fire because of Dabria.
