"Jane! Finally I was worried sick about u! Were did you go!" I realized I was shouting but I was to exited to care. But instead of her being happy to see me she looked sad and a little mad.
"That doesn't matter Nat. . . You left me in Chattanooga. . .alone" I was shocked. "I left you? Jane you were gone for almost two weeks without telling me you was ok, and its not like i wanted to come here but it's not my choice."
Jane didn't reply I think she didn't know what to say. But it kinda hurt me, knowing what I said and how I said it hurt her. "Jane. . . I'm sorry I didn't mean to say it so harsh. . ." She looked up at me "No No it's fine, your right. . . I was just a little mad that's all. . . I sorry."
I smiled, and hugged her "It's alright" she gave a soft smile. I heard my mom yelling at me the food was done "I have to go Jane" and with that she nodded and disappeared and I ran inside and sat back down in my seat.
"What were you doing hun?" I looked up at her "Oh, sorry, I couldn't find my phone but I found it though" she smiled and nodded. We ate and paid for the food I got back in the car and I looked out the window hoping to see Jane but she was no were to be found.
We drove off back on the road heading to our hotel. I pulled out my phone and texted Sam.
Nat: Hey man, I'm on my way to the hotel
Sam: Alright man, text me later I have to go I'm with Jackie
I didn't text back because my mom kept talking to me. She going on, and on about how to be nice to my aunt and uncle. And all of that I just nodded keeping silent cause I wasn't even going to say something cause we would've started fighting.
Finally, someone texted mom and she shut up. I was so tired from being in the car I wanted to lay down in a bed and sleep.
