An unsolved Rubiks cube sat on a desk alone in the dark, one corner out of place.
Suddenly a lamp flicked on from the other side of the room. A young boy sat up in bed, rubbing his eyes. A figure stood in front of him, cloaked in darkness. The boy tiredly looked up, noticing the man staring down at him. Fear filled his eyes.
The man raised his arm up, crossing it infront of his body. The boys mouth opened to scream, but as he did so the man swung his arm.
The boy stopped, and with tearful eyes he fell to the side, blood spraying out of his neck. Everything was coated in a deep crimson red. The man passed in front of the lamp, blocking the light. He grabbed the chain and pulled it, showering everything in darkness.
