Mirror mirror on the wall
Who's the perfect of them all?
The bruises and scars that linger beneath
Make way for the shine the eyes have unseat.
Rouge lips and smokey eyes, mask over a multitude of lies.
With a resigned whoosh of air,
My facade crumbles,
Leaving  behind a pallor of ghostly ensemble.
With outstretched hands my unseen wickeds strangle
This reflection of mine,oh so mangled.
My putrid fear births garbled mutters
My demons come alive with joyous banter.
Their vileness slides over my skin in a lovely caress
I shudder, not in a lover's excitement
But in paralysing fear as we play this game of wills.
With Cheshire grin and molten crooked smile
"Mirror Mirror" She says,  "who's the perfect of them now?"

~~Sooo... How was this?  Not too bad I hope? ~~

This  is a tad bit creepy.  I know right!
Anywho, I drew a little inspiration for this from Snow White  as well as Individual lives as we know it.
Some of us have too much going on sometimes and in those vulnerable times we lose ourselves to who and what we are not.
Life could be a pot of soured beans,  but keep your head above water.

At least that's what I tell myself.
