Hello! Guess what! I just got a beta reader! They're Nephritic_Hypnotist and edited this lovely chapter, so a round of applause for them!

Anywho, it seemed like you guys liked the confession, so have some aftermath. Enjoy~

Chapter 15-Record

Entry 1 - Sunday of... well, I guess it's October now. I'll get the date later...

Anyway! Great Uncle Ford gave me this voice recorder. He says I should start "writing down my thoughts and memories as a contingency for my decaying memory". I had to remind him I'm blind but he was relatively unfazed. He turned around and searched for this - for almost an hour, I should add - so I could have an audio journal.

I don't really feel like doing much with this today so- What was that? ...Oh no, I better hide this so Mabel can't pick on me about it. I can hear her now... Erg. How do I stop the recording? I guess I just need to press this butto-

Entry 2 - Monday, October 7th

School was boring as usual. Nobody has talked to me about my disappearance, but they certainly gossip. Thankfully, the rumor mill wasn't as active today as last week. They should all forget about it in just a few days at this rate...

The first thing I should start with is coming to Gravity Falls. I'll just kick this off saying it was never our intention to leave Piedmont, but hey, stuff happens. It was either this or D.C. so Mabel and I took the lesser of two evils. Our parents dropped us off about a month into the school year at our great uncles' house called the Mystery Shack, where we met...

[The audio continues for another five minutes as Dipper describes his first week in Gravity Falls.]

...And now we have a miniature mountain lion named Cupcake. Speaking of which, where is he? Mabel probably knows. This is as good of a time as any to end this. Hmm, how should I end this though? Like a starship captain from Star Expedition? Eh, I'll give it a try.

Ahem, this is Dipper Pines, signing off!

Jeez, that sounds lame...

Entry 3 - Tuesday, October 7th

Alright, if this is going to be personal, I might as well vent. Bill's weird confession has been on my mind since he left and it's really annoying. I mean, I never really thought about relationships before that. I still have no interest in him. Right now, I just need to find something to distract myself. Annoyingly enough, Mabel is of no help. I can't tell her what happened, either, or she'll bring it up at any chance possible. I can do without the continuous pestering over "The One".

Other than the whole situation with Bill, my memory has been bothering me. I apparently keep "forgetting" stuff that I can't recall. It's only a nuisance so far, with this like how Mabel dumbs glitter in her Mabel Juice or which classes I have at school. I'm just hoping that it doesn't get any worse.

Since this is all I really feel like talking about for now, I'll just end it here.

Dipper Pines, over and out.

Entry 8 - Friday, October 12th

Hmm, since I've covered everything up to the present, I guess I'll just cover the important parts of my day.

I finally caught up with the homework! The Mystery Shack hasn't been very busy so I've had time to work on it with Mabel. She was a lifesaver when it came to World History. Annoyingly enough, we had to call in Bill for a couple things concerning Advanced Chem.
