"We're here ." Eliot said as he pulled into the drive of his house "the kids will be at school so we'll have the house to ourselves." They walked in and sat on the sofa . There was an awkward silence before Eliot offered a drink . Lachy and tannar said yes but Lannan said he was tiered so went for a lie down .
Tannar went through to the kitchen with Eliot and sat down at the island . Looking around she could see various out of place items and on the floor . From smashed glass to some red liquid to a small piece of a coffee cup. Then it hit her what had happened there with Marcus and lannan almost dying
"So did they get him ?" She thought aloud
"Get who ?" Eliot asked over the sound of the kettle .
"Shit did I say that aloud ?"
"Yeah you did."
"Oh so did that catch Marcus ?"
"Sort if they had him for about 3 hours and then he vanished . "
"So he's out there still ?"
"Yeah but the police are looking for him ." Eliot said putting her cup of black coffee down in front of her
"Thanks ."
"Welcome ."
After about half an hour of catching up they heard the door open and a voice ask "Eliot ?" ...............
