"Manager Sejin? I found a witness for slave contract case." Mei said to his head manager on the phone. It was 7pm and the tall female breathed in the cold air at a nearby park that night. She was sitting on the swing while she motioned herself slowly back and forth with her feet on the ground.
"Who?"
"Kim Chahee."
Sejin knew the name. She is infact known around Korea this time around because of numerous winnings they received as of the moment.
"You mean the leader of Blue Angels?"
"Yes. Currently they are one of the rising girl groups, but they aren't yet at the peak of their career. It's better to move early as possible before anyone finds out about our secret mission. For starters, can one of our spectators arrange a meetup with her to ask a few questions?"
Sejin checked his calling card in his pocket and saw an I.D. of someone he knew for a long time.
"I think one of our private journalists is available anytime soon. I'll call him right away and ask if he can pull this off."
"Thanks. Oh, and one more thing."
Mei crushed her shoes against the dusty ground to stop herself from swinging.
"I know you're probably gonna say no but... A former hoobae of mine is currently having his survival show. I'd like to attend the grand finals tomorrow."
"And my decision is..."
The female gulped widening her eyes hoping that her head managers agrees. She already promised she will be there so there's no turning back now.
"No."
What a waste. She sighed deeply. She knew it from the start and she's just the one giving false hope for herself here.
"Sorry, Mei. We've already talked about not being allowed to go to live broadcasts without anyone by your side. The managers are all out tomorrow and Bang PD-nim will get mad if he finds out."
"Sad."
"Alright then. Call me if you need anything." was the last words his manager said before she immediately ended the call. "He said yes. He definitely did." she mumbled to herself being pretentious with a mischievous smile.

Friday morning.
The managers got in the agency early to gather the Bangtan boys for three encore stages in one day. It was the first time they will be encountering something eventful like this which is why Bang PD nim asked all managers to assemble at once.
And being carefree and stubborn Mei is, she plotted the perfect escape plan for her not to get caught by her sneaky managers. She had to attend the grand finals. For once, she wants to support her hoobae whom she had been with during those good old days inside the agency. It may be a dark world for them, but Mei will never forget the times when it was glorious with all the people she encountered.
She waited until night time by practicing in the sound-proof studio alone with no people around the agency, just her.
At 8pm, she got to her desired place. The auditorium for the survival show were filled with mostly female audiences as it's exclusive for male trainees.
Hundreds of Korean teenagers were yelling each of their favorites throughout the survival show. Many are really fond of a cute guy with a flower boy visual. Others love an extremely talented rapper. She tried searching for Jung Hoon's fanbase and saw a medium-sized population with some props along with them and a creative fanchant. It's always been like this; how people cheer for their idols. Mei thought that it must be the most joyful feeling once you debut.
