Solangelo fanfiction: Significant annoyance

Chapter 5:

Nico's p.o.v.

We almost arrived at camp Jupiter.
"Can I tell the others about your crush on Will?"
"No you can't."
"Why not? You have to tell Hazel since she's your half sister. And once you tell Hazel you have to tell Frank. Also it would be mean not to tell Reyna."
Jason wouldn't stop trying to convince me. It was annoying.
"Fine. But I decide when to tell them. You don't talk about it until I do."

We arrived at camp Jupiter, and got greeted by Reyna, Hazel and Frank. They knew we were coming so they waited for us. As soon as she saw me, Hazel ran to me and hugged - jumped on - me.
"I missed you so much Nico! There's so much things I need to tell you! So much things happened while you weren't here!"
"I missed you too Hazel. I also need to tell you many stuff."
"And you need to tell everyone about that stuff." Said Jason with a smirk.
"What stuff?" Asked Reyna.
"I'll tell you all later." I said.
Jason was behind me but I knew he was doing a heart with his hands and he was pointing at me.
"You have a boyfriend?! That's amazing! Who is it? What's his name? I need to know everything about him!" Said Hazel.
"I don't have a boyfriend!" I protested.
"Not yet..." Added Jason.
"A crush?" Asked Reyna.
"...yes..." I replied.
"Is it Will?" Asked Frank.
"How did you know?" I asked, surprised of how he found out.
"Jason told me." Said Frank.
"Jason! I told you not to tell them!"
"Sorry~" he said with a chuckle.
"When's the marriage?" Asked Reyna.
"There's no marriage! We're not even dating!" I yelled.
"I'm going to become an aunt!"
"No Hazel you're not! Ugh you're all so annoying!" I said before leaving angrily. Stupid Jason...now everyone is going to overdo it.

I already miss Will...I can't stop thinking about how we almost kissed...but does that really mean he loves me...? What if he doesn't...? How should I know...? Who can I ask? Someone that can know about the future. Someone that will surely accept helping me.

I walked to the Apollo sanctuary. I brought food with me to put it as a "sacrifice".
"Apollo, you're the god of prophecy. You know what will happen in the future. And Will is your son. Please give me a sign to know if he loves me or not..."
Suddenly, the food disappeared and instead, I found a paper. I took it and read it.

"Dear son of Hades, Nico Di Angelo,
My future son in law,
You oblivious shit,
Will loves you,
He dreams of kissing you every day
Make the first move,
Cause he's too much of a chicken.

A haiku, by the best,
the only, the great,
the grand Apollo"

Oh...Alright...Thanks I guess.
I put the paper in my pocket and found something under it. It was a golden drachma with a sticky note.
"You better Iris message him soon."
I shoved the drachma in my pocket  and left the sanctuary. I found Hazel searching for me.
"Nico! Where were you?"
"Just walking around."
"Sorry we overdid it...I didn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable..."
"It's ok Hazel. I guess I overreacted too..."
She hugged me.
"I'm just really happy you finally found someone that you love. I really hope he likes you too."
"Actually...I think he does."
I told her about our almost kiss interrupted by Jason. And I showed her Apollo's haiku.
"I need to meet him! How does he look like?"
"Well...he has blue eyes, sun-kissed hair, surfer body, he's tall, he's a doctor and I've never seen anyone looking cuter than him when holding a scalpel. The way he concentrates when helping a patient makes him look ten times hotter."
She laughed a bit.
"You're soooo in love Nico."

*two weeks time skip*

Reyna and I were training. Sword fighting with her was really hard. I was losing so far.
"Nico! Remember how close you were to kiss Will! Think about how much you hate Jason for interrupting you!" Yelled Hazel.
I suddenly had much more strength. I started fighting twice better than before. I was able to pin Reyna to the ground with my sword near her neck.
"I win this round." I said.

After we cooled down, Hazel asked:
"When can we see Will?"
"Not until we go to camp half blood." I replied.
"But you can Iris message him." She said.
"There's no rainbow anyway."
"I can make that work." Said Reyna.

After a while, they were able to create a rainbow. I threatened to kill them if they told Will anything out of place, then I called him.
We found Will sitting in the infirmary, treating a patient's wound. We didn't say anything until he finished. When the patient left I spoke:
"Will."
He looked around him surprised, probably thinking I was back. When he saw the Iris message he seemed disappointed, but smiled anyways.
"Hey Nico! You took a while to call me. It's been two weeks already!"
"Yes...sorry about this."
I think he couldn't see the others in the room because he said:
"It's ok. Also Nico...I miss you..."
I was controlling my blush until I heard the others making "Awwww" sounds. Will blushed a bit too when he heard it.
"Is someone in the room with you?" He asked.
"Yes. It's just Hazel, Frank and Reyna. Also..." I glared at them then looked back at Will "I miss you too..."

Hazel bit her lip so she wouldn't scream and Frank handed Reyna ten bucks.
Will smiled the softest smile I've ever seen, but he looked away, I think someone was talking to him.
"I'm sorry Nico I need to go. A guy broke his leg and I need to fix it."
I think the disappointment was visible on my face.
"It's ok. See you in two weeks." I said before ending the Iris message.
