Enrollment Day

Akhila's pov

It is the day we are officially getting enrolled as NCC cadets.  Everyone in the NCC room both boys and girl from today will be called cadet and not just students.

It's my dream to join NCC and I joined this college only because it is having NCC. I am happy that I am enjoying my dream with my besties. I don't understand how we become this close, and how I am handling these idiots. But we can't be separated.

We get attracted like magnets from the first day. We spend most of our time together and chat in messenger when we are in our respective classes. We do all crazy stuffs together except that I don't get involved in their specimen analysis.

Even now my idiots are looking at senior guys and saying something, "they will never change" I said to myself.  They were saying something when we heard the best stamping sound outside the NCC room.

Then we heard the voice of a guy asking permission to enter the room (a/n we have stamp both legs and ask permission from seniors before we do anything)

We were like OMG "girl do you hear that sound once we get to wear boots we should try to stamp like that" Vaishu said.

"More than that I am thinking that the specimen will be good looking" Ramya replied and they both were giggling

"Girls please grow up" I tried to discipline them, it become my habit to baby sit these girls when they are doing this stuff.

"Hey why should we grow up it is the age to enjoy we can not enjoy like this after becoming aunties" Ramya said.

"I think her hormones are not working properly" Vaishu was saying something but I am not listening to them but looking at the guy who entered.

"He is looking so handsome in NCC uniform. Muscled body, but not so big like a rustler. Maintaining a terror police look in his face but not arrogant. Senior said something and he just smiled. He looked handsome when he smiles." I was in my thoughts when Vaishu hit me to get attention

"I think her hormones are working perfectly fine but the attraction criteria seems to be different" Ramya said

I know that they have noticed me eyeing him but I defended "Girls stop it I am just looking and see he is the perfect NCC cadet. We have to be like that from today ok".

"Is that the only reason you were looking at him" Vaishu asked

I still tried to divert them and I know how to do that with Vaishu so I said"Even then I am not going to look at him like the way you looked at that guy the other day in cafe"

"Don't remind that I have not seen him for 2 weeks now" Vaishu said looking as if she have not eaten anything

"They are seniors from my department but I can't even see them not even in our department fresher welcome function, I think they just came one day may be they are just old students" Ramya said making vaishu even more sad.

It's may be true that they are just old students but I feel like Ramya is teasing her to see the sad reaction. Vaishu have these cute animic reaction in her face that changes so easily.

It's always fun to watch her face reaction even now as I am thinking her face has lit up like a puppy seeing a cookie when our seniors said enrollment process is completed and asked us to go get the uniform.

After getting the uniform we again gathered in lines, senior asked one girl second year senior and the boy senior who entered the room to stand in front of us and said us about the rules to wear our uniform.

I was really impressed by the way he dressed really he have got all the rules correct, it was looking perfect for him.
"He is looking like a police officer" Ramya said

"Yeah" We both said in unison but with a monkey face Vaishu added and they both HiFied. I think he just trimmed his mustache but not fully which make him look like cat face but they wanted to tease me so they call him monkey face.

"Can you read his name from name plate" I asked

"Aaarrr Aravind" Vaishu replied. That name got registered in my mind.

After that one of the officer gave us briefing and we are done for the day.

We have kept our bags in girls NCC room,we have to go get and will leave for the day. On the way to girls NCC room I met one of my department senior and we just had a small talk and I bid her goodbye.

In girls NCC room

Senior " Akila why were you talking to that girl, what did she say"

"Nothing senior she is from my department and was asking me about classes" I replied

Senior "That's good don't talk to her anything related to NCC"

I asked " Why senior is there a problem should I avoid her completely" (A/N Yes our Aki over do everything when it is related to NCC)

"No it's ok she was once in NCC and had an affair with one of the senior guys so she was expelled" Senior then addressed all the girls and continued "it's completely your rights to talk to any guy or having an relationship but being my juniors I request you to keep a distance from guys especially NCC guys I don't want any of you to end up like her"

"Is that ok 👌" Senior asked..  "Yes senior"   all girls shouted in chorus.

Will our girls really listen to their senior by not getting involved with any specimens.
