Mckenzie and I jumped around in small circles, kicking up sand. Mckenzie squealed while I yelled, "We're really gonna meet One Direction?" Ashton nodded. "THE ONE DIRECTION!" He nodded again.

"Jeez, you get weird when you're excited." Michael muttered while watching us have heart attacks.

"IT'S CALLED FANGIRLING MICHAEL!" Mckenzie screamed in his face, making him step back. He kept his mouth shut while we finished our insane freak out.

Through deep breaths I told the boys we could leave. They led the way back to the resort. As I walked I couldn't help but jump, skip, leap, and let out small screams.

Then I began to worry. Simple questions swirled through my head; what if they don't like me, what should I wear, why hadn't Ashton warned us? I felt like I was going to burst with nervous excitement.

I struggled with unlocking the hotel door as my hand shook the key into its lock. "Calm down Alice!" Ashton laughed, "They're just people!"

I took a breath through my nose. "You just don't understand."

He only rolled his eyes and left to his hotel room. When Mckenzie was in the room and the door was shut I began to ask questions, "What should I wear? What do I do with my hair? What if I wear a dress and the skirt accidentally flies up? What if they don't like me?"

Mckenzie had to shush me. "Alice! Stop worrying and pick out an outfit!"

"I can't." I gasped and dramatically died on my bed, "Will you pick one out for me?"

Mckenzie groaned and opened my suitcase. She drew out most of my clothes and spread them on the empty bed. She then began to coordinate different outfits until she had made three last choices.

"You can pick now?" She said. As I stood she stepped away from the clothes as if they were priceless paintings.

The first outfit she had made was a green dress that came down to my knees with white bow flats. The second was a brown sweater with ripped jeans. Lastly was a pair of black shorts and a white lace tank top.

I stood for a moment making a decision. Finally I grabbed the green dress and sprinted to the bathroom. I changed quickly so Mckenzie could as well but when I returned she had already changed into blue shorts and a black studded shirt.

She smiled when I came. "You look so pretty." She complimented.

I blushed. "You do to."

The rest of the time I got ready perfecting my hair and makeup. Though Mckenzie repetitively told me that I looked fine I still wanted to make sure my look was perfect.

Three loud knocks rattled the door. Mckenzie dashed to open it. "Hey Ashton." I heard her say. The door creaked open and new footsteps entered the hotel room. I appeared at the bathroom door where I came face to face with Ash.

"Hey." I greeted. He wore black jeans and an old band shirt. His hair was nicely tamed on the top of his head.

His eyes brightened. "You look beautiful." He awed.

I playfully shoved him while turning bright red, "Thanks Ashton."

Soon the other boys were crammed into our room and we waited for the text Ashton would get say that the band was here.

I nervously taped my foot until Ashton's phone vibrated. The room went even more silent than before. I held my breath as Ashton looked down at the phone. He grinned then looked to us, "They're here."
