A Hero For All

Test Subject: Hisashi Midoriya

It had been a month since Hisashi took a good look at the place he'd be working at from now on, and it had been... strange... to say the least.

Hisashi quickly realized that his colleagues were FAR from normal. He overheard some of them talking about "Nomus" and "The League of Villains", whatever the hell they were. Also, whenever a worker made a mistake, they'd begin having a panic attack, as if they just watched their entire family get murdered in front of them. Hisashi never knew how correct his analogy was.

But aside from that, Hisashi had been excelling in his work, quickly speeding up the research progress by 10 fold. They also began using the "Test subjects" he saw on his first day. All For One was even there to witness the first ever experiment. Because he was the lead researcher, even surpassing Doctor Daruma, he had the "honor" of witnessing the entire experiment take place. It was something he'd never forget.

Flashback:

Hisashi watched as the strange, green liquid that filled the test chamber slowly drained. When the chamber was empty, the test subject immediately woke up. He looked around in fear and confusion. "Hmm. Well it didn't die this time so that's a start," one of the scientists said. The subject whirled his head around, finally noticing the other people in the room. "W-Who are you? Where am I?" The subject asked confused. "Still capable of human speech and thought," another scientist wrote in his notepad. "W-What do you mean? W-What is this place?!" The subject exclaimed frightfully. "It can feel human emotions such as fear. Good," All For One said, walking towards the test subject. He began extending his hand towards the test subject. "W-W-What are you doing? S-Stop!" The test subject demanded. All For One continued reaching for the subject until his hand was on the subject's head. All For One then activated his quirk. Hisashi actually knew very little about All For One's quirk. All he knew is that All For One could take quirks and give said quirks to other people. Regardless, black lightning with some sort of red aura covered All For One's hand, and then went into the test subject. The test subject began screaming. "STOP! PLEASE STOP! NO MORE PLEASE! AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" The subject continued to scream until it collapsed, dead. Hisashi was horrified. He just witnessed someone die. "W-What the fuck..." Hisashi uttered. "We're not done." All For One said. For some reason, Hisashi really didn't want to see what happens next.

All For One began walking over to another test chamber. The chamber was identical to the one before it, except this chamber had many more pumps inside it and a strange hand mechanism. It was obviously meant for All For One's hand as the hand slot was too big for any one else's. All For One put his hand in the mechanism, and immediately several needles were injected into his arm. All For One didn't even flinch. The needles took All For One's blood and other mechanisms within the tube injected the blood into the test subject. After that was done, the liquid was drained from the chamber and the test subject that was inside fell limply to the floor. For a few seconds, nothing happened. Until suddenly, the test subject woke up SCREECHING. "AHHHHHHHHH!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!" The test subject roared in an inhuman way. It's eyes were glowing with a mysterious energy, and it began destroying everything around it. It's a good thing the other test tubes were very sturdy, otherwise they would've surely been destroyed by this monster's rampage. "KILL IT! SOMEBODY KILL IT GOD DAMN IT!" Daruma exclaimed. One scientist eventually grabbed a gun and put a bullet in the test subject's head. Hisashi gasped. He looked horrified as he just watched another person die. All For One took notice of this, but didn't comment. "Experiment 1: Failure. Test subject went on a rampage with newly given quirk. Further research is required," All For One said. "W-What just happened..." Hisashi uttered quietly. "In order for a test subject to obtain a quirk, it must take my blood," All For One explained. "B-But couldn't you have just given him a quirk yourself?! We didn't need all this!" Hisashi said, referring to the two lifeless bodies. "I could, but they would just turn into mindless zombies. Machines that can do nothing but take orders. While this is definitely still useful, I believe we could make a super soldier capable of cognitive thought. After all, you can't always win by taking orders. Obviously this still requires more research, but I still believe it's possible." "W-W-Well what about the liquid inside the test tubes? What's the for?!" Hisashi asked him. "Do not speak to the master that way!" Daruma hissed. "It's fine, Daruma. He is asking questions about things that could potentially prove useful in finding a way to perfect this process. Frankly, I'm quite disappointed you are not doing the same," All For One told Daruma. Daruma looked down in shame and quietly said, "I apologize, Master." All For One looked at Hisashi and said, "To answer your question, the liquid is a special mixture of sedatives and memory-wiping drugs. While the test subjects won't be mindless machines, it's important that they don't turn on us. By wiping their memory, they will know nothing except that they must work for me and only me. We can also choose what the test subjects remember, such as family or important skills." Hisashi merely nodded his head. "Now if that is all, all of you should get back to work. We still have a long way to go." All For One said.
