Izuku didn't understand All For One when he said this place was hell, but he didn't need long to figure out what he meant.

Izuku was sleeping on the floor of his dirty cell when suddenly he was awoken by the sound of something clanging on the cell bars. "Hey! Get up! It's time," someone, most likely a guard, said. Izuku groggily stood up and looked at the man in confusion. "It's time"? Time for what? Izuku didn't have time to ask these questions as he was roughly grabbed by the arm and thrown out of the cell. "Come on! Get walking!" The guard yelled at him. Izuku obliged, afraid to get thrown or hit again.

Their destination turned out to be a large room with a variety of training tools and weapons. "Is he here?" A scientist asked. This scientist was actually Hisashi Midoriya. He was placed in charge of Izuku's training. "Yeah. I got him," the guard said, roughly pushing Izuku in front of him. Izuku looked at Hisashi in both relief and fear. "Good. You are dismissed," Hisashi said. The guard exited the training area. "Dad!" Izuku exclaimed while running up to give his father a hug. "Get off of me! Damn brat!" Hisashi grunted while pushing Izuku off of him. Izuku looked shocked and hurt. "D-Dad? Why are yo-" Hisashi cut him off. "Listen," he began, "I have no idea who the hell you are. So from now on, you will refer to me as 'Sir'. None of that 'Dad' shit. Got it?" Hisashi asked harshly. Izuku, now completely afraid of his father, nodded and said, "Y-Yes, Sir." Hisashi smiled, before beginning to explain how the training would proceed. "From now on, this will be your training area. 24 hours a day. No breaks. When we are finished, a guard will escort you back to your cell," Hisashi told Izuku, before bending down and attaching a collar around his neck, "And If I catch a glimpse of you slowing down or stopping. Well, let's say the next few minutes won't be fun for you," he said with a dangerous glint in his eye. The threat seemed to work, as Izuku began shaking in fear. "First, you will run 5 laps around this entire 5 kilometer track," Hisashi ordered. Izuku obliged and began sprinting as fast as he can, which was relatively slow. This angered Hisashi, who began yelling at him. "IS THAT ALL YOU GOT?! COME ON! FASTER! FASTER!" The scientist yelled while pushing a button. Suddenly, Izuku felt a searing pain around his neck and throughout his body. He screamed but kept going. After 4 hours of non-stop sprinting, Izuku felt like he was gonna collapse. He felt weak, could barely stand, and was panting heavily. Hisashi looked at the disheveled child and said, "Come on now. You can't be tired already. We still have so much more to do." All Izuku could think of was how his father became like this.

Hisashi led Izuku to an area with large weights and body building equipment. Hisashi handed Izuku two 4 kilogram weights. "Begin lifting these. I will check up on you in a moment," Hisadhi said before walking off. Izuku began trying to lift the weights. They were surprisingly heavy and didn't feel like 4 kilogram weights at all. When he inspected the weights, he discovered that they said 8 kilogram weights, not 4 kilograms. Izuku sighed and went back to lifting the weights. When he had trouble lifting them, he felt the same searing pain that he experienced in the sprinting exercise course through his body. He screamed and grabbed his neck. Suddenly, Hisashi's voice came on the speakers. "DO NOT STOP! CONTINUE YOUR EXERCISES!" He yelled. Izuku continued trying to lift them, eventually being able to lift both above his head. He dropped the weights and fell to the floor. Hisashi walked over to him and said, "Good job. But don't pass out just yet. There's still more to come."

They continued doing exercises to improve Izuku's strength, stamina, and speed. Izuku was electrocuted whenever he couldn't do an exercise or made a mistake. This continued for a while, until Izuku was forced to push a large stone structure for 50 meters. By this point, Izuku was a piping hot mess. He was sweating, his hair was messier than it usually is, he felt so weak, and he was barely keeping consciousness. Afraid he'd get shocked again, he pushed the structure for 25 meters, until he collapsed. "Hey! Get up! You're not finished!" Hisashi yelled. Izuku didn't move, he remained face down on the floor crying in pain. This angered Hisashi, who marched over to Izuku and forcefully lifted him up. "HEY! ARE YOU LISTENING?! I SAID MOVE IT!!" He yelled while shoving Izuku's face into the stone structure. "I-I can't..." Izuku said, his voice raspy and barely above a whisper. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN'T?! GET UP AND MOVE THE DAMN STONE!" Hisashi said before punching Izuku in the face, breaking his nose. Izuku looked at his dad with tearful, pleading eyes. "D-Dad... please..."

Hisashi snapped.

He picked up Izuku by the torso and punched him in the face again, this time giving Izuku a black eye. "I'M NOT YOUR DAD!!" He yelled while punching Izuku in the face again, "I WILL NEVER BE YOUR DAD!!" He threw Izuku on the stone structure. "I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE NOR DO I EVER WANT TO KNOW!!" Hisashi hollered. He continued to beat Izuku, yelling insult after insult after insult.
Finally, he threw the beaten up Izuku on the floor and slowly walked over to him. "And even if I was your dad," he said, putting his foot on little Izuku's chest, "I'd be disappointed that the only living thing I could offer this world is a weak, pathetic, useless, quirkless piece of shit." Hisashi looked at Izuku one last time before calling in the guard. The guard hauled Izuku away and threw him in his cell. He locked Izuku's cell door and left, leaving a bloodied, bruised, and abandoned Izuku.

"And even if I was your dad, I'd be disappointed that the only living thing I could offer this world is a weak, pathetic, useless, quirkless piece of shit."

Izuku would never forget these words.
