Ariana's Pov
We finished our dinner and watched a movie. It was getting late so I put Isabelle to sleep. She was just about sleep on the couch so I carefully picked her up and transferred her to her room. I put her down covered her up and kissed her goodnight. I walked out the room making sure I didn't wake her up and I left the door open. I was tired so I got into my bed too and turned off the light.
I was asleep for an hour when someone crying really hard woke me up. It was Belle! I raced to her room and turned on the light. She was sitting on her bed curled up in a ball rocking. I run to her side !
"What's happened baby?" I ask.
"I had the worst nightmare yet" Belle says.
"Wanna talk about it?" I say sitting on her bed and scooping her up and putting her in my lap.
"Okay, but we have to talk about it tomorrow!" She says.
I nod and scoop her up and carry her to my room. I think she feels safe when I'm holding her. So she can sleep with me tonight. I look at the clock in my room. It reads 11:00 pm. Oh man I think to myself.
Isabelle's Pov
Mommy carried me to her room. She layed me down on the bed and wrapped her arms around me. I feel so safe when I'm with her. We both drifted off to sleep. I didn't have any more nightmares and I was happy when I woke in the morning.
