Ariana's Pov
Went Maddie screams down the stairs that Belle has gone my stomach drops this is every mothers worse nightmare. I dropped everything and ran upstairs. We begin searching everywhere. I mean how far can a 4 year old go.
I call Alexa and she comes over to help us look. We search everywhere and can't find her. I start to break down its been 2 hours now and I still can't find her. I call the police and get them involved.
"I think it's safe to say she's outside" Alexa says as we have up ended the whole house.
"I can't believe I let this happen" I say to Alexa.
Alexa hugs me and we walk outside to start looking for Belle.
Alexa and I search out the back while everyone else searches out the front.
I here crying coming from the cubby house. I climb the stairs to see Belle laying in the ground just about asleep crying her eyes out.
"Baby" I say sudden relief.
"Mommy" she says barely opening her eyes.
"Tell everyone I found her, but to go back inside I'll be in there soon" I say to Alexa.
"Okay sure" Alexa says.
"Why'd you run away baby?" I say now that we are alone.
"You luv Swean more than me" she says crying again.
"No baby, your my daughter I love you more, I've only just started dating Sean it's early days yet" I say.
"Oh" she says looking down.
"Why don't you like Sean?" I ask.
"He was fwiends with my daddy" she replies.
My heart sinks I've left him alone with my girls more than once.
I pick up Belle and race back inside.
"Time to go home Sean" I say as I enter the room.
"What? Why?" Alexa asks.
"Turns out that today wasn't the first time he'd met Belle" I say.
"What ?" She says still in shock.
"Maddie can you take Kenz and Belle to your room and wait there with them?" I ask.
"Sure" Maddie replies. I kiss Belle's cheek and put her down. Maddie comes over and takes her hand and leads her up the stairs.
Once they are out of ear shot, I talk again.
"He knew her abusive father" I say to Alexa.
"Yeah so" Sean says.
"Get out" I say. "If you ever lay a finger on one of my girls or if I find out you already have, I'll sue you for ever penny you have, is that clear" I say.
He just walks out that door.
"What is it with my and guys" I say sitting down and putting my head in my hands.
"I don't know babe, but do you want me to stay tonight ?" Alexa asks.
"Yes please" I say.
"Come on let's go check on the girls" Alexa says.
