Welcome Home

3rd POV

Dr.Reid was walking towards the Residents change room with Meredith, Christina and Alex.

"So where do you think 'Sexy Superwoman' ran off to?" Reid laughed.

"I don't know, but I hope she comes back." Alex added with a smirk on his face.

"Ew gross, shut up Kerev!" Christina said.

"Come on you guys, she was a great doctor and a nice person." Meredith said in defence of Juliette. Reid and Christina looked at Meredith with disgust and Alex just nodded his head in agreement with Meredith.

"Nice? Nice? Do you not remember the time that bitch tried to kill me?" Reid asked with slight anger in her voice.

"Yeah, but she didn't" Meredith responded pointing her finger at Reid.

"Juliette Knight is a psychotic bitch who needs to be medicated and thrown into a mental institution." Meredith close lined Reid in the stomach suddenly. "Ouch! What was that for?"

Everyone looked around the corner into the change rooms to find Juliette sitting on the bench in the room. She was changing into her set of scrubs. Just as they turned their heads to peak into the room there they all saw what will become one of the biggest secrets being held around. There Juliette was changing from her casual shirt and into her scrubs shirt and that's when they saw all the scars and burn marks covering Juliettes entire back. There looked to be stab wounds, whip marks, old burn marks, and scariest of all a few of what looked to be bullet wounds. Meredith and Christina both grabbed the others arms and pulled them away from the doorway.

"We never speak of this. We take this to the grave. Understand." Meredith said.

Juliette changed into her scrubs with the feeling that someone was watching her but she just shrugged it off. Thinking it was just because of what had just happened when she was across seas. She left the change room and headed towards Chief Sheppards office. On her way she herd what sounded like people talking. She turned the corner to find Reid, Alex, and Christina all laughing and smiling. But as Juliette passed by them they just stopped and silence fell through out the hall.

"Doctors." Juliette greeted whilst nodding her head. They barely acknowledged her passing.

Juliette finally reached the Chiefs office She knocked on the door making sure he wasn't busy and was in to meet with her. 

" Come in!" She heard from the opposite side of the door. She turned the doorknob and pushed the door open. "Ah, Dr. Knight welcome back." He greeted getting up from his chair from behind his desk that had stacks upon stacks of files. 

"Good to be back sir." She replied.

"What happened to your eye?" He asked pointing to her black eye that she had forgotten about that she had received during her fight.

"Oh... This? I umm.. I was helping a friend hang a picture and it fell and hit my eye." Juliette was never the best at coming up with excuses and lies on the spot.

"Right?" The Chief replied. "Anyways, welcome home and welcome back." He said holding out his hand.

"Good to be back sir." Juliette replied as she reached out and shook his hand.

"Well you will be on Dr. Hunts service for the next little while for you haven't gotten many hours in the ER since you left." All Juliette could think was 'great, the one service i was least looking forward to being on. Let's hope this doesn't get weird.'
