White Spider

Chapter 1: The Void

A void of darkness and despair surrounded Peter Parker.  Everyone knew his identity as Spiderman and he had to let love go.  Betrayed by almost everyone he knew, he made the choice to leave.  It was 10 P.M.  No life was visible on the streets of New York, it was a foggy night.  He stopped when he heard sobbing.

"Peter," said the crying feminine voice, "please don't leave." she whimpered.

"I failed everyone I know, betrayed by my friends, disgraced by S.H.I.E.L.D.  I don't have much of a choice, Ava."  Peter replied shamefully.

Flashback begin

"The menace Spiderman is revealed to be Peter Parker.  We need to bring him to justice!"  Jameson shouted at the camera. 

Peter made his way home to find an angry crowd at the front door.  Peter took the back way and crawled inside an open window to find Aunt May crying.

"Peter, you need to leave before anyone gets hurt, they want you."

"I'm sure Fury will know what to do," Peter said assuringly.  Though, he wasn't met with open arms as many heroes looked on deck. 

"What's going on?"

"You are no longer part of S.H.I.E.L.D, Parker.  You have compromised S.H.I.E.L.D and are now a threat to other hero identities.  Leave now." 

Peter flinched at the harsh, but true words and stumbled to swing toward the Oscorp penthouse.

The door was already unlocked, and words already filling the room.  Peter peeped his head through to find Harry, Norman, and MJ talking.  He listened to the conversation.

"What do we do?  Peter is our friend, we shouldn't support him."  MJ said to the Osborns. 

"Pete sacrificed to save people, shouldn't we do the same for him, dad?"  the younger Osborn asked.

Peter smiled, "They're sticking up for me." he said quietly.

"No son, it has come to my attention that he may be a danger to us all.  Therefore, stay away from him and if anyone asks, do not say you know him." replied the adult in the room.

The group nodded and continued talking, Peter's jaw dropped, he departed from the building to get ready to leave.

Flashback end

"Peter, please don't go," She said weakly, sobbing much harder this time.

"Ava, I have to.  I already put you all in enough danger," replied Peter with shame in his voice.  He looked down, it was going to be hard, but it had to happen.

"Peter, please stay!  I won't be the same without you!" she said sobbing harder.

"I promise I will come back, for you, when I am stronger and less hated."  Peter replied, sorrow still in his voice. 

Peter frowned back at her emotional breakdown, he looked down as he began to walk away.  Ava continued to sob as Peter faded in the distance. 

Ava returns to the Tricarrier, and sits on her bed crying.  Squirrel Girl walks in to comfort her.

"I'm sorry he had to leave, Ava." she said, trying to cheer her up. 

"He's Spiderman, he'll be back one day." Ava replied sniffling. 

Many years pass, the team once commanded by Spiderman was now lead by Nova.  On this particular day, (3 years after Parker left) the team fought the Juggernaut.   They were unable to even take him down for a few seconds as he acquired new Hydra Armor.

White Tiger was out cold along with Powerman and Ironfist. Nova was all alone, cowering at his odds.  As Juggernaut made his charge at the remaining hero, a truck crashed the Juggernaut into a building before he could charge into Nova.  

A man similar to Nova stepped out in a blue metallic suit with a small black spider in the center.  The person's helmet didn't have eyes, just a pitch black visor.  

"I will kill you for that!" The Juggernaut shouted making another charge.  His face was met by a punch knocking the Juggernaut out cold.
