Eat the grey food!

I woke up early in the morning eating the grey food
Through an indolent sleep I swept
through a lucent drift --
to the paragons
at great heights over the scenery
and under my feet and in the air.

But when I stood there ---
I was misunderstood. A great crippling
scourged my hearing.

I woke up early in the morning and there was nothing left for me.

A lush field swelled up with vermins --
And all I could do
was trod through the lachrymose house
to bedlam.

Away from serenity, to the duty of the skin --
Where I was sent off by all my past and futures.
