HIHARA'S POV

"Ano...Yunoki, you okay?" I put my fork down and Yunoki looks at me, slighlty surprised but he smiles again any way.
"Hai. No need to get so upset with it Hihara." He waves me off as he takes a sip from his coffee cup. I look on his plate and see that he's finished his bread and jelly jam. I look at mine and I had already finished my 3 servings of pie, 2 servings of chicken curry, some cake, a little bit of the salad which is by the way awesome, and an ounce of -
"Ne, Fuyuumi-chan, have you checked out the entire ship?" Kaho-chan opens up and I manage to finish my juice before opening my mouth.
"Ano...I only managed to walk around a few decks..." Fuyuumi-chan says shyly and I stand up. I take a deep breath as everyone looks at me.
"Why don't we explore the entire ship today then?" I suggest and Kaho-chan's eyes light up.
"That's a great idea, ne Fuyuumi-chan?" Kaho-chan smiles at Fuyuumi who agrees.
What's this feeling? Whenever I see Kaho-chan smile, I feel my heart lighten up. As if, everybody else disappears and there's only...
Kaho-chan.
"Hihara?" Yunoki calls and I look at him only to realize that he and the group had just left the table. "You coming?" Yunoki smiles and I agree.
As we leave the dining hall, I look at Kaho-chan talking enthusiastically with Fuyuumi-chan, I can't contain my smile.
If it's Kaho-chan, I'm sure... I'll always be happy.

"SUGOI!!!!" I let my emotions slip as we reach the third deck where a huge waterslide is located. "Are we still on a ship or what?!"
"I didn't know this was possible..." Kaho-chan mutters and I give a shy smile. Yunoki agrees and but before I could open my mouth -
"Yunoki-sama!"
Right on cue, girls start swarming around Yunoki.
"Yunoki-senpai sure is popular..." Kaho-chan reckons and I scratch my head. He's the son of a rich family after all. Anyhow, as Yunoki is busy entertaining his new fan club, we take a stroll around the deck.
"Excuse me sir," I stop as a little boy runs to me.
"What's the matter?" I ask as he wipes a tear from his eyes. He points at a ball stuck on top of the fake palm tree and I smile as I straighten myself up. "No worries. I'll get it for you."
"Hihara-senpai! Be careful!" Kaho-chan calls from below as I give her thumbs up.
Don't worry Kaho-chan, I smile as I grab the ball and place it neath my arm.
"I got it!" I climb down and hand the ball to the smiling kid.
"Arigatou!" He smiles as he runs away.
"That was so kind of you Hihara-senpai." Kaho-chan smiles beside me and I feel my face turn red.
"Eh?! No...It was just -" I begin but suddenly...
"KAHO-CHAN!" We look to our right and see that familiar blonde junior.
Eh?!
"Kaaa...Kaji-kun?!" Kaho-chan says in surprise and soon Kaji-kun is beside us, wearing a fancy polo.
"I knew it! I could feel your heart beating all the way from the upper deck!" Kaji-kun holds Kaho-chan's hands and I fluster.
"Oi! Hey Kaji!" I take him away. Eh?! What am I doing?
"Oi, Hihara-senpai! Please to see you." Kaji bows as he swiftly takes my arm off his shoulders. "So all the concours participants are here then. Hello Fuyuumi-chan." He bows at Fuyuumi who smiles.
"Hello." She whispers but Kaho-chan's smile takes my heart by a storm. Why is she so cute?
"Ano...sorry for the weird question Kaji-kun, but what brings you to Gendou Island?" She asks politely and I look at Kaji. It's true that I've heard that Kaji came to Seikou to chase after Kaho-chan..but to actually come all the way here to follow Kaho-chan.
Why is my heart beating so fast? Why do I feel...angry?
"Eh? Hahaha~ Actually, we own this ship and we're lending it to the school." Kaji points out and we're all shocked.
"Eh?!" We chorus.
Just how rich is this guy anyway?
