It's been about two days later and everything has gone kind of quiet around the place. Your allowed to roam now that everyone knows who you are. karkat ended up introducing you to everyone shortly after the day that gamzee ran alerting everyone that you were there. Although you don't really go out of Dave's room often you have found enjoyment in not having to stay there anymore.
Dave: f/n can you come here for a second ,Dave calls from his room, you walk out of the bathroom still brushing your teeth to see what he needed. Yes Dave? Dave: I need help deciding on if I should use this back beat or this one. Ok what's the difference between the two? Dave: one is kind of like guitar and one is like drums. Ok let me hear the two. He nods and hands you his headphones. Once you put them on you hear the guitar beat begin to play. After a few moments he switches it to the drums. After listening you think about it for a minute then decide a great idea. How about you use both Dave. Dave: both? Umm like combine the two beats. Yea.... Dave: ok that's a great idea thanks; he plops a kiss on your cheek and then puts on his headphones. You blush a bit. Hoping that he doesn't see you get up and head back into the bathroom to finish brushing your teeth.
After a bit you walk out with clean teeth and see Dave lying down with his headphones covering his ears as he listens to his music. You decide not to disturb him so instead you head into the kitchen for some water. As you begin to leave Dave catches sight of you and smiles. You head into the kitchen hoping that no one was near. You look in the fridge and don't see any water so you decide to get some from the sink instead. After getting your water you head back to Dave's room. As you walk in you sip your water and sit down next to dave. He glances up at you and smiles pulling you down next to him. He kisses you on your forehead and hands you an earplug. You smile and take the ear bud happily. As you put the ear bud in your ear you hear the dubstep almost immediately. The beat picks up as you listen.
You immediately immerse yourself into the music and before you know it you fall asleep yet again. After around 3 hours you wake up next to Dave with the earbuds still in your ears. You take them out and decide to get up but as you try to get up without waking up Dave it's too late he immediately gets up too. You get pulled back down with him yet again. You whisper his name and tell him to let you go but he just mumbles a no for his reply. You shake you head smiling and push his arm off of you and stand up. As you look outside you can see that it's already dark and ask Dave how long you were both asleep. Dave: I don't know probably a while.
You look at the time on Dave's still open computer and see that it's 0:01 meaning that it's 12:01 am his clocks are set to military time.
