The Darkest Time

A few hours after the boys left they returned with a second car. Layla, Zu, and I were able to put everything together. I saw the car and it looked nice. All 6 of us put the stuff into the cars. We decided to stay the night. This was gonna be the last night we were all together. I fell asleep a the moment my head hit a pillow. Liam decided to keep watch that night.

I woke up to Liam, Chubs, and Ryan getting breakfast ready. This was the last morning with all of us together. Layla and Zu were still asleep when I woke up.

"Morning sleepyhead." Ryan whispered. Liam and Chubs then noticed I was awake. "What time is it?" I was stretching. "It's 10 in the morning." Chubs was the one who responded. Wow I slept for a long time. I went to bed at like 10:30 pm last night.  I don't know what made me so tired. This happened last night as well. "Sasha?" Ryan pulled me out of my thoughts. 

"What?" "Liam had asked you if you could wake up Zu and Layla. Twice." Crap.  "Oh I zoned out, sorry." I tried standing up. My ankle didn't hurt anymore which was in my favor since we were leaving today. I reached over to where Zu and Layla were sleeping and shook them awake. They smelled food and jumped awake leaving me in the dust. 

"Well, okay." Layla and Zu looked back at me and realized they left me. I mouthed 'It's fine' and got back up to join them. "Your ankle shouldn't hurt anymore. Try no to do a lot on your feet. You don't want it to get hurt again." Chubs 'my doctor' told me. "Got it." 

I was sad we were separating but we had different end points. Zu and I have been in the same cabin so us separating made me sad. I hope she doesn't get captured again. After breakfast we all said our goodbyes while Zu gave Layla and I a big hug. "Stay safe Zu. keep those boys in their place." I reminded her. She had started crying but that made her smile. She nodded to me. 

"As much as we don't want to leave, if we don't right know we never will. It's time to go." Ryan spoke. I understood. This is hard on all of us. "Ryan's right. This is where we part ways. We'll miss you but hopefully we'll see each other again soon. Just as long as it isn't in a camp." Chubs saying that made me a little bit happier but it still hurts. 

"Goodbye guys. Hope you don't get caught. See you guys in another time and place." After Liam said that we all got into our designated cars. I hope if I see Zu again hopefully I will be able to hear her voice. Until then I need to get home. If it's abandoned we can stay there.
