*one month later*
I sat up and rolled my eyes. "it really should not be this hard picking a cake flavor" Liz said. Liz is a close friend of Chris and he wanted me to bring her cake tasting to bond with her. "if you're going to have an attitude the whole time, leave" I said sighing. I have been seriosuly stressed trying to figure things out. "I'm just saying you can call Chris and ask him what he wants" she said staring at her phone. "Chris and I already spoke, he told me to pick the flavors I wanted" I said staring at her. I watched as she chewed her candy and rolled her eyes. I don't know why Chris wants me and her to be cool, she's completely disrespectful. "I don't think you and Chris are good for each other" she said putting her phone down. "excuse me?" I said looking away from all the cakes. "He needs someone who looks like what he is used to. Models, singers, dancers...not..you" she said looking at me up and down. "and what do you mean?" I asked looking at her. "you're not good enough, when y'all had a little time apart even he said that" she said smirking. I nodded and looked at my phone. "cool, he's here now" I said making her face turn red. He walked in and his smile vanished when he saw my watery eyes. "babe..." he said touching my arm. "you guys can finish the taste testing. I'll be at home" I said walking by him as fast as I could. I've been so stressed and emotional planning this wedding. I jumped in my car and drove off before Chris had a chance to check on me.
