I waddled as fast as I could after Kareem ready to let him know he handled the situation wrong. I saw him pacing back and forth, I moved to sit in the chair since I was out of breath. I saw him stop and just look at me, staring at my belly then back at my face.

"Kareem I know you are upset but you owe them an apology." When I sat down on the chair that was conviently there he turned to me.

"I might be wrong with the delivery, but I meant what I said. He needs to prepare her for this possibly happening, and I knew you could handle yourself if something went left. I love Chey but she put my family in danger, I'm irritated at my brother for not letting her know how to conduct herself." He went back to pacing while I sat rubbing my bellly.

"I think you should go apologize to them. We already have enough going on without you two at odds with eachother. Cheyenne will forgive you but that brother of yours is a tough nut to crack." He pinched his nose and exhaled, then he turned toward me.

"Regardless of if it hurt his feelings he needs to take what I said to heart and man the fuck up and get his wife together." He was upset I get it but damn come on now, just to bring the peace back into the house.

"I love you, but you are a stubborn man. You need to make it right with your brother and Chey. They are family and we need eachother, fix it please baby." I lifted my arms to signal that i needed to get out the chair.

He pulled me up and kissed me on the lips. He rubbed my belly and said, "I hear you baby, I will make it right. But we do need to discuss whats going to happen next since these niggas are bold enough to try and follow you."

We had exited to the main room where just King and Sonia were sitting. They had noticed us and King immediatly shook his head at Kareem. He said, "Son. I know you are heated so I'm not going to say too much besides don't let it grow into something worse by not talking to him." Kareem did a head nod and pulled me to sit down.

When Chance saw me he wanted out of his MiMi's arms and into mine. I snatched him up and showered him with kisses, his laughs warmed my heart and made me temporarily forget about the chaos going on. At first I thought this was a little cat and mouse game between Kareem and Kendell but I'm getting the bigger picture now. I was thinking all of the shit he was doing was just to annoy Kareem but this nigga wants Reems attention but for what. All I knew was that I'm protecting my kids with my life even if that means returning to the hoodrat ass place that I hated.

For the past week we have been staying at King and Sonia house because of whats going on. Kareem and Kam made up but it was still tense between the two. I was getting the gravity of the situation, as much as I'd like to think that the men got this, I need to do some of my own research. Growing up in the system put in some places with certain people. Although I am not in the hood ya girl is OF the hood. I have a few people I kept in contact with that are still on the rough side, but with Kareem down my back I can't even make it that far out from the house before he checking my location.

I recently got in contact with a couple of friends from my old group home that i hope would be able to help me out a bit. I'm meeting them for lunch in uptown so it won't look so suspicious. I grabbed my purse which contained my handgun in case I needed it. I'm having Destiny come with me because she can handle herself accordingly. She isnt aware of who we are meeting today, I didn't want her to accidently tell Kane because it would be an absolute no go.
