"Do you really need to cover my eyes?" Jisoo says as Taehyung was guiding her walk.
"Just follow my steps," he demanded while holding her hand.
"How will I, when I'm the one leading the way," she complains not knowing that Taehyung was filming her using his camera. As soon as he finished filming, he put it down and held her hand tighter.
"Alright, then. I'll lead the way. We're almost there," he said, fixing her hair.
They walked for about 7 minutes, with Taehyung leading the way until he stopped walking, causing her to stop too.
"I'll get your blindfold off then," he informed her. She smiled sniffing the familiar air a bit.
"Wait, are we on.." She didn't have the chance to finish her sentence as he took her blindfold off. There she saw blooming Dandelions all over the place. Taehyung put his hands on his pockets as he watched her amazed with the view.
She took a step forward, admiring each bit of it. She then got a hold of one. Taehyung didn't miss the chance to capture her stolen photos.
He got a shot of her trying to sniff it, and her being amazed with it. It wasn't their first time there, but every moment with him felt like her first time.
"This looks surreal, don't you think so?" she asked suddenly tilting her head to face him as her attention was on him, now. He put his camera down, and picked up one.
"Make a wish," He stated. She creased her forehead, "You believe that?" she asked.
Some people believed that wishing on Dandelions would make their wish come true, she never believed that.
He refused to answer, "I went here months ago, actually, almost a year ago with Jennie.." she said, remembering the last time she went there.
"I know," he replied, making her confused.
"You know.. what?" she asked, not getting what he said. She laughed, "It just reminded me. We weren't okay that time," she said, recalling the past.
"Yeah, we weren't talking anymore," he said in a low voice but she heard it, making her jaw drop.
"Hold on," she said, completely facing him. "Am I not knowing something here? There were times that we weren't okay but the thing about us hasn't ended yet months ago, but how did you know that we weren't talking anymore when I went here?" she asked, now curious.
"Just a guess." Lies.
Jisoo still didn't take her eyes off him, observing him.
"The last time I went here.." he paused. "I was a wreck."
"Right? It's good to see this view whenever you're feeling down, or even at your lowest point. It gives you comfort," Jisoo said generally, now looking at the field of Dandelions. Taehyung did not speak.
"Did you went here with your members?" she asked.
It took him a few seconds to answer, "No. I went here alone," he shook his head.
"And, yes. I used to believe in wishing in Dandelions," he paused, answering her question earlier. "But, it proved me wrong. Dandelions has nothing to do with fate, and that's it."
"That's sad," she says. "No. I'm actually thankful for it," He once again made her look at him, confused.
"That's weird.. Did you wish of something bad to happen but it never happened, instead something good did? Really weird." He shrugged and put one on her ears.
"Pose there. I'll take your photo so you can update your Instagram account," he said pointing at one corner with a nice lightning.
"I'm still confused! What did you wish?" she yelled when he was taking steps backward while angling his camera.
"Kim Taehyung!" He laughed it off.
"That's up to your pretty imagination," he said with a smirk.
Both of them ended up in a really private cafe with a good interior design after. It was Tuesday, explains why places aren't that crowded.
"What did you wish, seriously?" She tried once again, "Does it matter?" he asks.
"It does!" she argued.
"I wished that you'll grow your height," he said, not taking her seriously. "Let's not talk then."
Jisoo started scrolling through her phone while drinking her mango shake, Taehyung looked at her with a faint smile on his lips, he looked at her with amused eyes. He snatched her phone turning it off, she gave him a irritated look. "What?"
"Let me taste," he said grabbing her glass and sipping on the same straw she sipped in.
"Seriously?" She rolled her eyes and tried to get her phone back, "I wished for your genuine happiness with someone who deserves you better than I do," he said. She froze at her spot, taken aback by what he just said.
He gave her a grin, trying to lift up the mood as he returned her phone back to her palm.
"Satisfied?"
"That's a coward wish, Taehyung." She spoke after a few minutes, breaking her own silence.
"Want to hear something more coward than that?" After hearing no response from her, he stared directly at her, trying to catch her eyes.
"I wished that timing won't be a hindrance to You and I," he paused, "in our next lifetime."
