A fall I took, should soon a landing have?
In love what proof do I of such a dive?
The more I look the prettier she is;
Effect does cause effect; a wayless path
My heart she speeds makes sure that I'm alive
No picture glued in mind much more than this
To think that I had talked to her each morn!
Those words had I for granted took with haste
And gave to her my own with as much ease
For eight full months I never could have sworn
With her, that I was falling with quick pace
Or if a crash would send me to my knees
But clearly I was ignorant, as May
Her absence snatched my parachute away
