~~(Y/N) POV~~
I pieced together why he looked so guilty. Huh?
Thinking back to that day, the murderer looks kind of familiar. Long hair, a flash of something shiny, and blue orbs that seemed to pierce my soul.
Wait. No. Not him. He couldn't have.
"Please. I couldn't control it."
"YOU MURDERED MY FAMILY!!" I wailed.
"(Y/N), I couldn't help it. I tried to stop it." He came closer to me.
"STAY THE HELL AWAY!! You killed my family for all I care!" My mind grew fuzzy and I saw visions of my past.
"Please! I don't want you to give up to me." He stood away from me to give me some space.
I grasped my head, trying to stop the burning sensation. I felt as if I need to hold onto my sanity. Tears streamed down my face and I heard footsteps approaching.
"What the hell happened?" Someone shouted. Clint.
"I-I..." Buck stuttered, at a loss for words
"If you hurt my daughter again I swear—" Clint said but got cut off.
"Wait, WHAT???? DAUGHTER???" The Avengers had their mouths partially opened in shock.
"Shit." Clint mumbled. Everyone stared at him with confusion was written on their faces needing an explanation.
"Daughter? You are telling me that when my family was killed, you left me with them, and I was taken to the Red Room when all along I had a parent!" This day kept getting better.
"Er... well, I dropped you off at their place since I was—"
"YOU FUCKING LEFT ME!!!" I tried to control this uncontrollable rage and emotion that flowed through my veins. This sadness seemed to crash over me like a wave. I couldn't take it, "DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH PAIN, TROUBLE, AND HARDSHIP I HAD TO GO THROUGH!!!!! I HAD TO MURDER INNOCENT PEOPLE, I CAN'T HAVE KIDS NOW, AND I SLEPT WITH NIGHTMARES ALL THE TIME!!!!"
"Your mother was too sick to take care of you and I was in a different country working. The people that took care of you was your aunt and uncle." Clint furrowed his brow.
"But, h-he—" I stammered.
"Breathe, okay? Just breathe." Clint coaxed. I took a few deep breaths and I calmed down. "Are you okay?" I took a shaky breath and nodded slowly. I collected my thoughts and wiped away my tears.
"Bucky killed them." I turned to Bucky with anger.
"You killed my family?" Clint said deadly.
"I was under Hydra's control. I really did try to stop, but it was too strong." Bucky sniffed
"You fucking bastard." Clint, once again, charged towards Bucky, but Steve pushed Clint away.
"You knew this! YOU KNEW BUCKY KILLED MY FAMILY!!!" Clint's veins in his neck looked as if they were about to pop. Yeesh.
"I do know this. But Bucky didn't mean too. He came to me crying one day because he said that all the people he killed had haunted him. He especially of Tony's parents and your family." Steve kept hold of Clint to make sure he stayed in place.
Clint struggled out of Steve's grasp and raised his fists to Bucky's face. Bucky didn't even flinch, he just sat there not going to protect his face.
"I'm sorry." Bucky whispered and he waited for the impact that never came.
"I will forgive you, but I need time." Clint stated as he walked away.
