The truth is out there - Avengers

"Are you okay?" Clint asked.

You had not even noticed that he was next to you, in the kitchen. "No." You answered him, and it was true. The night before you had come out to your parents and they did not accept you.

"Clint, I'm about to tell you something. Just keep it to yourself, okay?" You said. Clint nodded, "Shoot." He answered. You took a deep breath and decided you could trust him.

"I'm gay."

You had done it. You felt the light spray of sweat on your forehead and you licked your dry lips. Clint did not answer you. Dd he hate you now? Is he homophobic? Should you just quit the Avengers?

"Cool. Hey did you know there's gonna be a season of that show you like, uh what's it again Legacies, right?" He replied. You felt your heart pump fast from how relieved you were.

Clint kept rambling on about Legacies and you walked around the counter and hugged him, he hesitated at first and let out a surprised, "Woah."

"Just don't go falling for me." Clint asked.

Y/n shook his head, "Nah, you're not my type." Clint's mouth dropped, "How am I not your type?" He said, "I'm everyone's type."

Clint POV

Y/n had trusted me to keep his secret, I didn't really think it's a secret, being gay didn't make him any less human. But of it was important to him, it was important to me too.

Bruce, Thor and Rodey walked in. "Did you guys just see Y/n?He looked pretty bummed out." Rodey asked. Thor shook his head, along with Bruce.

"I think, what he needs, is to go out on a date. I dont think I have ever seen him with a women." Thor said. "Besides Clint." The three men laughed

"Y/n wouldn't date me, I'm not even his type." Clint added, "And how would you know that?" Rhodey asked him. I sighed and spread the mustard on his sandwich, "Because he just told me, duh." I mumbled.

The room went quiet, and when Clint put on his slice of bread  he realized what he had said. "No-not that I would know." he said in a panicky voice.

"Oh my god, Y/n's gay." Rhodey said.

"Who's gay?" Tong asked walking into the kitchen, typing on his phone. Thor walked to him, "It's the new Avenger, Y/n. He's gay!" Thor said and smiled, "There was this guy on Asgard who once liked me, I couldn't blame him of course. I mean, who wouldn't want this." Thor said lifting up his shirt and walked to the fridge to grab a slice of pizza and a beer."

"Keep eating like that and you'll have a full on belly soon." Bruce joked.

"If Y/n's gay we should throw him a coming put party, y'know, to show him that he's accepted." Tony mentioned, but Rhodey rolled his eyes and added, "You would jump at the instince to throw another party."

I realized how my words slipping out could ruin Y/n's trust with me. "Woah, woah guys. I was just kidding okay. Stop!"

Natasha combed her hair behind her ear, "Tony's throwing another party, if your throwing money out then just give it to me. I could put it to use." She added.

"No, this is a coming out party." Tony corrected her. Natasha raised her brow at him.

"A coming out party for who?" Steve asked jogging to the fridge and pouring a glass of water. "Who's coming out of what?" He asked again. Natasha walked to stand next to him and leaned on the counter, "I don't know, they were just about to tell me."

"A coming out party for Y/n!" Bruce added with a sigh. Natasha's eyes widened for a second, "Never thought Y/n swinged that way." she said.

"Swinged what way, I am very confused. What is Y/n coming out of?" Steve asked. "He's coming out of the closet." Tony said to him, but Steve was still confused. "Why was Y/n in a closet?" He asked.

"Because he's gay." Rhodey said shaking his arms. Steve finally understood and he looked up, he didn't look surprised but rather upset, "Y/n's a homosexual." He told himself.

"Nobody says that anymore, grandpa." Tony corrected him.

"Ah crap, I was suppose to keep it a secret." I said putting his face in his hands.

"Nonsense! We should commence with the party." Thor said to me.

"Who says he wants to come out?" Natasha asked leaving the kitchen.

I watched Endgame, and here are my thoughts:
(Spoilers)

- I cared more about Natasha dying than anyone else
- Clint looked so hot with his haircut
- Steve's butt looked great
- I really liked it !!
