Robert stood up and walked behind the couch you were sitting on, he placed kisses on your head.

"You know,"

"But I signed a lot of confidentiality contracts, I'm not even aloud to think about Avengers 4."

You tilted your head back, to look at him from behind. Robert kissed you on the lips and you melted instantly, after all these years he can still do that to you.

He came to sit back on the couch, and you put your head on his lap. You looked up at him, he was reading a book but he still looked so cute.

It's moments like this that you cherished.

"I love you." You said out of nowhere. Robert put his book down and looked like he was thinking about something, "That's funny, I love me too." He answered.

You both laughed at his joke. He kissed your forehead. "You know I love you, Y/n." He smiled at you, and went back to reading his book.

Your phone started buzzing, like it had all day. You turned it on, but when you saw the Twitter logo you immediately put it down.

You closed your eyes and tried not to think of all the people that were sending you death threats, but it was difficult. You haven't done anything wrong but they just attack you.

Your phone kept buzzing and Robert picked up your phone, but you grabbed onto it before he could unlock it.

"No please!" You yelled, you didn't mean to, but he couldn't know what people were saying. He loved his fans too much, and you didnt want to be the reason he got mad at them.

"Y/n, honey, let me see your phone." Robert said with a stern voice. You let go of the phone and he unlocked it and read all the tweets.

Robert looked up at you, and you broke down into tears. You tried to stay strong for him but you couldn't, these strangers words hurt you so bad.

Robert held you, tears fell from his eyes to, but he only held you tighter. He kissed your head, "Y/n I'm so sorry, I should've known, I'm so sorry."

You fell asleep on the couch, when you opened your eyes Robert was next to you.

You grabbed your phone to check the time, but accidentally unlocked it. You were surprised to see that most of the hate tweets were gone, but you were tagged in a tweet.

@RobertDowneyJr: It's come to my attention that many of my so called 'fans' have been sending hate to Y/n. Stop. When you hurt Y/n, you are hurting me. He is the love of my life and there's nothing that can change it.

You switched your phone off and turned turned to a snoring RDJ, you loved him so much.
