Some time later, I had left school and was now sitting on my light blue and white bed, my spell book was flipped open to a page on Transfiguration. I was using my pillow as my test subject. "Conjeminuto!" Out of the smoke, a cat emerged. "Meow," it purred. I smiled.

All of a sudden my bedroom door flew open. "Who is it?" I asked, warily. "It's just your mom." I sighed with relief. "I was about to turn you into a cat."I said, laughing. My mom playfully smiled, "Well, I just got a letter that said that you were doing intermediate level magic in class today! That's wonderful sweety!" My mom had black hair that went down a little past her shoulders, she had light blue eyes with a tint of grey, and her face was the kindest, most beautiful thing you've ever seen.

"It's not that big of a deal, mom." My mom pursed her lips. "Well, I'll let you get back to your homework. Conjeminuto." She whispered, turning the cat back into a pillow. I sighed and put my spell book back into my bag. I put my wand on my bed-side table. "Good night," I whispered.

-Morning-

Sunlight broke through the window across from my bed. "UGH." I sat up, "Combiesto," I muttered, a small mirror that resembled a compact appeared in my hand. I held it up and snapped my fingers, my hair was straightened, and I had cherry lipstick with a little blush, a denim jacket, crop top, high-waisted shorts, and black converse. I slid the mirror in my pocket and ran down the stairs into the kitchen.

"There's my witch!" exclaimed my father. He had black hair, blue eyes, a muscular and tall figure with broad shoulders and a tan complexion. "Come stai?" "Va bene, mamma ha già lasciato?" I replied in Italian, seeing as Italy was where my mom and dad where both born and where they both met.

"Yea, she left early."

-At School-

I walked into school with a purpose. After Ella's disaster, I had decided to give her some time to herself. "Claira!" I heard someone yell. I turned around, Hugo, one of Ella's friends, had his wand in front of him.

"What are you doing?" I answered a questioning look on my face. "What did you do to Ella?" "What do you mean? She had an extremely dangerous creature with her! What was I supposed to do, let someone die?"

"What creature was it?" Hugo retorted. "It was a Dreadful Soul singer!" Hugo's look of confidence was gone; he was just as scared as I was. "Ella had that?" I nodded. "And you stopped her from doing what she had to do!" The confident look that was once on his face had returned.

"You don't know what she could've used that bird for! You just got in her business and got her in trouble! You're going to pay! Accantus!" A jet of red lightning shot out of Hugo's wand. I flicked my wrist and my wand appeared. "Protege!" The red lightning was blocked by an invisible force-field.

Hugo smirked. "Dearmo!" Green light flew out of my wand, sending Hugo's flying. "Exardesco!" Blue fire slithered out of my wand, rising into a fiery snake and crashing down onto Hugo, severely burning him, and knocking him unconscious.

All of a sudden I heard a familiar yell. I turned around and my jaw dropped. "Claira!" It was Ella's. She was on her knees, tears were in her eyes. "What have you done?!"
