Svetlana!" Several people rushed and crowded around Svetlana, she was turned to stone. "How do you reverse it?" Someone asked a worried look on his face. "Make it go away!" "She didn't hurt you!" "Why'd you do this, Elena?" People were shouting and crying and yelling and looking confused. While Elena was smiling, she turned to me.
"Claira, have you ever had this feeling? This happy, elated, interested feeling? I've never had it before, but it feels nice." Claira frowned. "You're going to get in trouble if you don't turn her back." "That was the point." She whispered, looking down at her wand.
"I have a crazy plan. Svetlana and I have been enemies since forever, when something like this happens; the headmaster usually lets the victim out of school for a while. To recuperate and such. I need a break from Svetlana, she is horrible and annoying."
All of a sudden, the doors flew open. The headmistress walked in. "Svetlana? Move." She pointed to a group of people around her and they quickly got out of her way. She took out her wand and tapped Svetlana on the head, the stone encrusting faded away. "How did this happen?" Svetlana stumbled around, rubbing her head.
"How did this happen, Ms. Trizelo?" Svetlana looked and nodded at Ms. Yakovla. "Svetlana! What happened!?" "Oh, um, her." She pointed at Elena. Ms. Yakovla walked over to Claira and Elena.
"Elena?" She nodded. "What caused you to do this?" "She attacked me, Ms. Yakovla, she tried to hit me with several stunning spells, and she also tried to stun the teacher." The headmistress stepped over a fallen book and waved her wand over Mr. Svetz. A pink mist arose from him. "Mortum Vivere." She sniffed some more. "Cast by, Elena." Ms. Yakovla beckoned Elena over.
"Touch." Elena bent down and placed her hand on Mr. Svetz's head. White light surged through his body; pink mist rose into the air and disappeared. Mr. Svetz opened his eyes. "Vladimir, get up. And follow me. You too, Elena. Svetlana! Follow me." The four walked out of the room.

Claira walked alone to her next class, it was called: Offensive Curses. Claira had a weird feeling about this class. When she finally found the classroom, the uneasy feeling sky-rocketed. The room was dimly lit, eerie paintings of wizards and creatures hung from the walls. In the front of the class was a red wood desk, standing by it was a cold looking woman. She was the teacher.
"Sit down!" She yelled, Claira ran to the front and sat down in a desk, she put her backpack on the chair next to her, saving it for Elena. "Hello, class. Today will be interesting, we will be- Markus! Sit down! Anyway, we will be practicing curses that inflict immense pain. Do not be afraid, young ones. Last time we all learned a shield charm, so you can use that if you wish." The teacher's face was pointy and frigid looking. Her eyes were a warm brownish-blue color. Everything about her was weird.
The doors flew open. Svetlana and Elena walked in. Svetlana's hair looked burnt, her face was singed. She had cuts on her legs and arms, Elena looked normal. "Velcome, ladies! Sit down, hurry up. Today, we'll be discussing powerful curses." Svetlana groaned.
"What happened to her?" Claira whispered as Elena sat down. "Ms. Yakovla made us duel. She said whoever wins in the thirty-second time-frame that she had set up, then that person deserves to be here. I won. Svetlana is being transferred to a different class tomorrow." They both smiled.
"Elena! Tarkus! Up here now!" Elena got up, followed by a boy with blonde hair and blue eyes. "Elena, here. Tarkus, here. Now, I want you to go all out, use the spell that we have been practicing."
Tarkus and Elena nodded and pulled out their wands. "Begin!" "Fulgura!" Tarkus yelled, Elena waved her wand and blocked the spell. "Volnus!" Yellow light shot out of Elena's wand, when it hit Tarkus, he flew back and landed against the wall.
"Deducion!" Tarkus waved his wand over at a painting on the wall behind Elena, the painting flew off the wall and almost hit Elena. She ducked. "Sectis!" A purple jet hit Tarkus, ripping his shirt, drawing blood.
"Accantus!" Red lightning shot towards Elena. "Exardesco!" Blue fire met red lightning, causing a bright collision. Elena pointed her wand upwards, the fire and lightning disappeared. "Finish it!"
Elena smiled. "Debilitae!" Green lightning flew towards Tarkus, when it hit him; he yelled and got down on his knees. Bright green fire engulfed him, as burns were starting to show on his arms, he yelled: "Converso!" The green fire disappeared. When he stood up, he raised his wand. Green lightning flew towards Elena.
She looked terrified; the lightning hit her, causing Elena to double over in pain. Fire engulfed Elena, unexpectedly, the fire turned black. Elena's screams became blood curdling. Claira stood up. "Volnus!" Tarkus flew against the wall. Claira ran toward Elena.
The teacher bent down and stared at her. "Elena...Elena..." Nothing. Smoke rose from her, her hair was burned, and marks were all over her body. "Elena! Elena! Please answer me! Elena! ELENA ANSWER ME!"
Claira grabbed Elena's shoulders and shook her. "Please..." Tears fell from Claira's eyes, she was shaking vigorously. Even when the class was over, Claira didn't leave.
She dared not.
