It was the court date, smiley and the others got to the court house "who's he?" Smiley asked. "That's miles Edgeworth"(if you know when he is from, comment and u will get a cookie) phred said. "He always got people guilty.." Zack said. Phils parents ran in "smiley! We heard what your doing" Phil's mother said. Smiley smiled. "Just doing my job" smiley said. "Is our son really a murderer?" Edgeworth is very creepy "are those the witnesses?" He asked, looking at Zoey, Zack and phred. I nodded "I also was a witness" I said. "Huh" he said. Then court began. "Court is now in session for the trail of Phil eggtree" the judge said. I started sweating "the prosecution is ready your honor" Edgeworth said. "Oh fuck...I have no clue what I'm doing...but it's for Phil" I thought. "I uh...the defense is ready your honor" I said. "Good idea for watching cop shows with court" I thought. "Mr. Edgeworth, please give your opening statement" the judge said. Edgeworth nodded "thank you, your honor" Edgeworth said. "The defendant, Phil eggtree was at the scene of the crime, riddle high school" Edgeworth said. "We have a witness who saw him do it" Edgeworth said again. "Who is the witness?.." I thought. The judge nodded "alright Mr. Edgeworth, let us begin then" the judge said. "If we may call in our first witnes, your honor" Edgeworth said. "The prosecution calls in a person who was almost murdered at the scene, 5" Edgeworth said

5 came up to the stand and smiley got angry, "withness, please state your name and profession to the court" Edgeworth said. "My name is 5 and I am a highschooler who went to riddle high" 5 said. "5, please tell us what exactly happened at the scene of the crime" Edgeworth said. 5 nodded "I was walking down to the office, having to tell we had to teacher and I walked in and saw no one there, so i walked into the teachers lounge and saw him! Covered in blood" 5 said. "We will take the knife as evidence" the judge said. "5" Edgeworth said. "Uh...yes?" 5 asked. "When you saw Phil, did you run out and call the cops?" Edgeworth said. "Well, I tried to but that girl and her friends stopped me" 5 said, pointing to smiley
