Smiley walked into the detention center and waited to speak to phil. Phil walked in and a officer watched. "Smiley?...what are you doing here?" Phil asked. "I'm gonna make you not guilty" smiley said. "How...." Phil said. Smiley pulled out a lawyer badge "I'll be your lawyer" smiley said. Phil gasped "how" Phil said. "You don't know what to do" Phil said. "Its our only try Phil, either we prove 5 is guilty... Or you are guilty" smiley said. Phil nodded "alright...but.... please hurry" Phil said. Smiley nodded and left the place "I have to find proof" smiley thought. She walked into the school and walked into the office, where the murder took place "Hey! Who are you" the officer said. Smiley looked at him and showed the lawyer badge "I'm Phil eggtrees lawyer" smiley said

The officer nodded "GUYS, SHOW HER EVIDENCE" the officer said. I walked over to the Detective "what you got?" I asked. "Well...all we really found is this knife" he said. He had gloves on and showed me it. "I know some witnesses" I said. "Who?" He asked. "Phred Whistler, Zack kelvin, Zoey Davis and me" I said. "They must come to court then" the detective said. I nodded and walked around the office "hopefully they can find out Phil isn't guilty" I thought

Few days pasted and the school has been shut down because of murders "hopefully Phil is alright..." Zack said. Phred and Zoey nodded "yeah...I can't believe 5 blamed him" phred said.
