Once the police checked the cameras and got back, court was back in session. "Here is what we saw your honor" Edgeworth said.  The footage turned on and showed what people thought was Phil, murdering the teachers, smiley gasped. " I declare Phil eggtree, guilty" the judge said. "WAIT!" smiley said. Cops grabbed Phil by his wrist and started walking away "THATS NOT PHIL!" Smiley said. "What do you mean?" The judge said. "Phil has a hole on his sleeve" smiley said and pointed to the footage "that hoodie has no hole"  smiley said. "And how is that supposed to prove anything? Phil could of got a new hood" Edgeworth said. "Phil wouldn't, that hood is too special to him" smiley said

Phil's pov)

As I was still in handcuffs, I watched smiley prove i didn't do it. "I see.." the judge said. "Let him go" the judge said. The cops uncuffed me. And I ran and hugged smiley. "But whos the murder?" The judge asked. "5 is" I said. "He said he murdered them so they wouldn't get in his way" Phil said. The judge and Edgeworth looked at 5 "did you?" The judge asked. 5 growled "you'll never know" he said and smoke surrounded him and he disappeared "well...now we know Phil eggtree is Not guilty" the judge said. "You did it smiles" I said. She nodded "yeah, I did" she said. Me and smiley left the courtroom "so?" Phred said. "He's not guilty" smiley said. "Yes!" Zack said. "Where's 5?" Zoey asked. "He disappeared.." I said. "What do you mean..." Zack said. "Like, smoke surrounded him and he disappeared" smiley said. We heard the courtroom doors open and turned around. We saw Edgeworth at the doors "ahem, you are pretty good, not even being a real lawyer" Edgeworth said. "How did-" smiley said. "Those questions?" Edgeworth said. "Pathetic" Edgeworth said And started walking away, smiley growled
