"Why did you tell me that phil? Now I'm gonna keep guessing what it is until then" smiley said. "There's only four weeks left smiles, you can wait" Phil said. Smiley rolled her eyes "Phil, you are so werid" she said, Phil giggled "I know I am"  Phil said.

Couple days past and the school got new teachers. "alright everyone, SIT DOWN" the teacher said. "Strict much?.." smiley mumbled. "Okay, I'm your guy's new teacher mr.lovett, I'm going to call you by your last name and your first name, better say here because I'm not going twice" Mr. Lovett said. "Kelvin...Zack?" He said. "Here..." Zack said, everyone looked tired. "Whistler... phred?" Mr. Lovett said, phred didn't say anything because he was asleep, Zoey tapped him "IM AWAKE" he said. "Davis...zoey" Mr. Lovett said, "here..." Zoey said. "Sundae... smiley?" He asked. "Here" smiley said. "Eggtree...Phil......" Mr. Lovett said. "Here" Phil said.

Zack's pov)

After he said Phil's first and last name, the teacher went silent, which mean he heard of vizion shit or the court stuff, hopefully it's only the court stuff and not the vizion shit. "Weren't you in court?" mr. Lovett asked Phil, Phil nodded "yeah.." he said. He then looked at smiley "I was his lawyer" smiley said. "Did he murder the teachers?" Mr. Lovett asked. "No, he was blamed, the real murderer is gone" smiley said. Mr. Lovett just shook his head and began the lesson. Once the bell rung we left the class "I thought he knew about the vizion shit" I told the others. "Man, I don't even want to think about it.." phil said. "Yeah..." Phred said.
