They are afraid. The physician said she's completely fine, but they knew she is not.
It was late noon, when she regained consciousness. Her head hurting miserably.
And she's trying to figure out, what had happened to her.
Suddenly, some soft hands laid her down on the bed again, and told her to rest. It was her mother, she feel her. And she asked her what happened to her.
Her mother only said she fell and hurt her head. Maybe she did, because it's hurting and causing her vision hazy. When she was completely awake, her mother brought her food to eat. Although she didn't felt like eating but her mother insisted and she can't deny her.
And she left her to lay down in peace. Aliyah was wide awake. And all the strange happenings of past days flooded her mind. When she closed her eyes - she saw him the same beautiful man. And she can't sleep anymore. The man haunts him. And she felt someone's presence. She mustered her courage and asked out loud.
" Who are you?"
No one replied.
She asked again, " What do you want?"
No reply again. Agigated of all she went to her father. Maybe he could help her.
When her father saw her coming, he quickly get off the couch to make space for her. But she wasn't there to sit. She wanted to talk to someone.
When she told her father, what is happening to her and around her - she saw something flickered in his eyes, but she couldn't quiet comprehend what. Her father stroked her head and told her many times when a person feels lonely he imagines - he imagines what if he had a friend, a really close one who will be there for him forever unconditionally, and to really believe there is a friend like one's imagination is sheer stupidity. There is no such one.
And now she knew what all that was about. It's just her mind playing games with her, and she is stupidly getting deceived. She mentally promised herself for never believing such thing ever again, and retreated to her room. She was tired - very tired.
And now she felt nothing and now she knew, her father was very right. This was all she was imagining, this is not reality, it can never be. This is unreal.
She was on the verge of sleeping - subconscious. When she heard a low whisper " Sleep well". And cool breeze filled her room and with that she drifted off to sleep.
