The beginning to a very exciting day

Elena, Bonnie, and Caroline had been getting ready for this day for the past week. The first day of school. Caroline was not at Elena's house because she was busy, as usual. Bonnie and Elena were getting ready for school while Jenna was running around making breakfast and coffee. "Jenna don't you have a meeting today?" Elena said worried her aunt would be late. "Oh shoot! I do and I'm supposed to be there at..." she checks the time on her phone and sighs, "Now."
"Go, we're fine I don't want you to be too late!" Elena assured Jenna. "You sure?" Jenna was still new to the parenting thing, since Elena's parents died she's their guardian.
"Yes, we're fine. Don't worry about us"
"OK well bye have a good day, keep an eye on Jer please."
"Don't worry I can handle him."
"OK have a good day"

As Elena and Bonnie were driving to school they were talking about Bonnie's summer.
"SO grams says I'm like psychic, and it like runs in the family. I don't believe her though. She's old and crazy! But then again she could be right." Bonnie says.
"Haha well prove it." Elena replies.
As they chatted Bonnie took her eyes off the road and some car almost hit them! She swerved way to the side and they spun but she gained back control of the wheel.
"Oh my gosh! Elena are you ok I'm so sorry!" Bonnie yelled in shock.
"I'm fine, but next time we have to be more careful. People up here never can drive right." Elena said annoyed with the reckless driver who cause them to spin.
They arrived at school and went in to their lockers before the bell rang when out of nowhere Caroline comes up to them.
"Oh my God. Elena, it's been so long! How are you? Are you ok? How are you feeling? Is she ok Bonnie, how is she?" Caroline asked panicked.
"Care, I'm fine, and I'm right here but don't worry. I'm fine." Elena said calmly. She smiled the best she could, and thankfully Caroline believed it.
