“You see, it’s a lot like standing at the edge of the world; falling in love. It’s stupid and idiotic and reckless and exhilarating. It’s the best feeling you’ll ever get to experience. But that doesn’t mean there won’t be hurdles, because there will be times when you question yourself and there will be times when words will fall short and you’ll be tongue-tied. And that’s not even the beginning. Everyone, regardless of race, color and appearance deserves to be loved and that love should at least last as long as they do. Not once, not twice but over and over again. You’ll have to be careful, you can’t just toss your heart around but that won’t stop it from it being stomped over. It will be broken; the key is to let that tattered heart breathe in the sunlight and fresh air. The key to loving successfully is to hang on and hold tightly; it is to not let go.

But the ultimate task is not to seek love, it is to recognize and destruct all the barriers you’ve created within yourself against it. Love will find a way, it always has. I talk about love and loss and sacrifice a lot don’t I? But what do I know? I’m all alone in this empty room talking to a sheet of paper. I don’t know anything about what I don’t know but here’s what I do know, I know what it feels like to be hurt, I know pain. So, I talk about love and I fantasize about Prince Charming and I think about dresses and ball gowns and music or poetry. I tend to runaway every now and then. I believe in true love. I’m not delusional, no. I believe in true love because I don’t want to believe that this sad world in which we live is entirely black. I believe in love because it is only a spark, but it’s enough to keep me going. It’s the only streak of hope that’s been keeping me alive.”
