I think it's funny how Raquel wanted to hang out with me. She's really sweet and quiet but she was mean. I guess that was her way of apologizing.
" Today was really fun. " I tell the girls.
" Yeah. It really was. " Amber says.
" Thanks for coming with me guys. " Raquel says as we walk out of the mall.
" Thanks for inviting us! I'll see you guys later. Text me!" Amber says as we part ways.
" Bye Amber!" Raquel and I say. We got in her car and she drove me home. I walked in and went upstairs to my bedroom. I dropped all of my bags on the floor and grabbed my phone. 1 unread message from Connor.
FROM: Connor your bestie
Hey. How was your night?
TO: Connor your bestie
Pretty good. Just got home from shopping with Raquel.
FROM: Connor your bestie
Raquel Kraft? The bitchy one?
TO: Connor your bestie
Yeah but she wasn't all bitchy today. It was weird. I think she's actually nice.
FROM: Connor your bestie
That's good. I have to go. Need to help my mom move boxes of shit into our garage. Text you later.
TO: Connor your bestie

I decided to call Mallory.
" Hey girly. " I say.
" Hey babe. So what are you doing for Halloween on Thursday?" she asks me.
" I think I'm just taking Mia around trick or treating. " I say to her.
" I have to take Hunter why don't we go together?" she asks.
" Sounds great! Let me tell Lena. " I say.
" Bye!" She said and I hang up.
" Hey Lena can I go with Mallory and take Mia trick of treating with her little brother?"
" Sure! I think Mia will love that. "
" Great!" I say and pull out my phone to text Mallory back.
TO: Mal
She said yes!
FROM: Mal
Yay! Let me tell my mom.
" I think I'm going to go to bed. Night. " I say to Lena.
" Night Ali. " I go back to my bedroom and close the door. My phone buzzes.
FROM: Mal
I can't go with you :( going with Alyssa.
Oh. Okay. Did you think of inviting me along?
TO: Mal
Oh. Okay. Have a good time. Bye.
I lay on my bed and think. Then my phone begins to ring. It's Amber.
" Hey Am! What's up?"
" Hey girl. Want to trick or treat with my little brother and I?"
" Yes! Definitely. I'll tell Lena! See you tomorrow. "
" Sounds great! Bye Al. " She says and hangs up.
