Hello new life

After the 4 and a half hour flight was over and I landed I got my bag and called a cab. Once again taking me to a hotel. "Hello, how may I help you miss?" "Hi I would like a room for one please?" "Ok how long will you be staying?" I thought about it. It will take me maybe a week to find an apartment and a job. I can't live of my bank account for ever. "1 week." "Ok and your name?" "Maria Stark." "Ok here is your room key. If you need any help please feel free to ask." "Um I do have a question. Where is the closest drug store?" "Right across the street." "ok thank you." I said then left the nice lady to her job. I found my room and put my bag down. Next I looked at my list of things to do.

I looked in the mirror at my long straight black hair that fell to the middle of my back. "I'm gonna go with red, black tips, choppy." I said to myself. I have done my hair before and it turned out really good. So I know I can to this. I grabbed my wallet and my phone then left my room. I went to an ATM to get out some money then walked out of the hotel. Across the street, just like the lady at the desk said, there was a CVS. I made my way over to it then walked through the doors and past all the junk I don't need and straight to the hair dyes. They had so many colors and so many brands it was making my head hurt. I finally grabbed my bleach, red dye, hair scissors, and my black dye. Then I walked over to the eye care part of the store. After like ten minutes of searching I found the colored contacts. I grabbed a couple steal blue colored ones to cover up my green eyes. I walked up to the cashier. "will that be all?" he asked. I nodded. When he was done I gave him the money then I walked out side to see a mall just a few feet away. I smiled then walked in. I quickly found a Verizon store and got my new phone. They booted up my new phone with all my old contacts then handed me it. I said thanks payed the fine people for their labor then headed back to the hotel. Once I got up to my room I went into the bathroom, got out my scissors, and started to snip away at my hair. I watched as the long pieces of my hair fall to my feet. I stop when my hair was just at my shoulders and the ends where choppy but it looked good. I smiled then took out my beach and applied it to my hair. I washed it out and saw my wonderful new blond hair. Next I did the same with the red dye. Then I dip dyed the ends with the black. I took a shower and blow dried my hair. I took a look at the final look and was proud. "Good bye CJ Pitts, Hello Maria Stark." I said out loud. The next thing on my list of things to do is clear my contacts. So that's what I did. I felt terrible during it though. One by one my old friends fell out of my phone's data base. It took half an hour but I finally was left with Jayy, Dahvie, Jinxx, Ashley, Sammi, CC, Andy, and even Jake. Yeah I kept the guys numbers but I feel like i need them still some how even Jake. Plus it's not like they have mine, right? Besides they'll forget about me in a month or two. I sighed then looked at the clock, 2:30. Might as well try and find a job right? I got off the bed, put on my contacts and my beanie again, then I was off. I walked along the streets of this little city until I found the place. "Saturday's Tattoos" the sign said. And in the window was a help wanted sign. I always wanted to be a tattoo artist! Now I finally have my chance! I took a deep breath and walked in. "Sup," said a guy about my age, he had shoulder length choppy blonde hair with black stripes, "welcome to Saturday's Tattoos. My name is Ben. How can I help a pretty lady such as yourself today?" he charmed as he made his way from the desk over to me. As he got closer I was able to describe him more. He looked about 6 feet tall, had wonderful green eyes I could stair into forever, he wasn't ripped but wasn't fat ether, kind of a perfect balance. I flashed him a smile, "I'm here about the job?" "Oh ok! Great! We need help around her pretty bad. It's just kind of me, Sandra, and Rachel. So how bout we go in the back and we'll start the interview." Ben said with a smile. I then saw the lip ring he had, it makes him so cute! I nodded my head and fallowed him to the back of the little parlor. I studied him some more. He had a few tattoos himself, a sword going though a heart on his right bicep, edgy looking music notes round his left wrist, and a BVB logo with all of the guys names surrounding it on his left bicep. We made our way into the back room which had two other girls in it. One was about 5'3, long black hair the fell to the middle of her back, green eyes, she didn't have any tattoos or piercings, but she was far from your average girl. The other girl had red hair with black stripes that fell just pass her shoulders, had a set of snake bites in, had hazel eyes, about 5'5, and her left arm had the words 'RIP Devin Spot' written in elegant letters the a heart under neath. Ben pulled out a chair and I gladly took it. "So Ben? Another girl? Are you back to your player days" the girl with the red hair asked jokingly. "No! I gave that up years ago! Any way she is here for the job. God Rachel! I'm not like that any more!" Ben said the last part in a sad childish voice. "Ok! Great! Well let me introduce myself I'm Rachel. I do the piercings and some tattoos." "I'm Sandra," said the other girl, "I mostly work the front desk and do a few of the tattoos." "You all ready know me but I'm Ben, I am the owner and I only do tattoos." "Well I don't want to feel left out. I'm Maria Stark, I have a little experience with tattoos. And I just moved here for Cali." "Wow! Cool!" Sandra said. The interview went really well. I even got the job. I'm the head tattoo artist! I had to show them my skills on the dummy and it turned out perfect! It was Jake's name, it was surrounded by a heart. "Awww who's Jake?" rachel asked. "Is he your boyfriend?" Ben asked kind of sad. I smiled at him. "No. He's my brother. I miss him a lot. He is back in Cali with our brothers." I said fondly. Then I chuckled when I realized I called the guys my brothers. "Aww. Well you have us? We can be your new family!" Sandra said happily. "Thanks. Well I have to go find an apartment. When do you want me back?" "um tomorrow? Around noon?" Ben asked. I nodded then walked out and back to my hotel.
