The Life of Queen Cassandra

Arrival to Dulcinea

As the school has ended for the summer, Cassandra started packing her bags for Dulcinea. As Cassandra almost finished packing her bags, Katherine went in to see her.

"Hey, honey.", Katherine greeted. Cassandra looked up and saw her mom at the door. "Oh, hey Mom.", she replied. "Almost finished packing?", she asked. "Yeah, almost.", Cassandra smiled.

"I can't believe, you're really going.", Katherine replied. "I know I mean, Dominick seeks me as his true love and maybe his future Queen, but I need to know for myself, by going to Dulcinea and need if I am the true Queen.", Cassandra replied.

Katherine then starts to cry, and Cassandra noticed it. "Mom, are you crying?", Cassandra asked. "A bit. I'm just going to miss you.", Katherine cried, giving Cassandra a warming hug.

"Mom, I'm not going to leave for good. I'm just going there to visit the kingdom and Dominick's family. I'll be back before school starts. You and Dad will see me again.", Cassandra replied. "You're right, sweetheart. You'll be back.", Katherine replied.

After Cassandra completes her packing, she says her goodbyes to her family by her front door. "Bye, Mom, bye Dad, bye boys.", Cassandra replied, hugging them all. "Bye, sweetheart.", Katherine replied. "Be safe, princess.", Robert replied. "Bye, Cassie.", Dillion and Steven replied.

After saying her goodbyes, Cassandra meets Dominick by the old wishing well from the park near the pond. They climbed up on top of the well, then a magical portal appeared in front of their eyes.

"You're ready to go?", Dominick asked. "I am.", Cassandra replied, as she picked up her bag and held Dominick's hand. They both jumped into the well and as they fall, Cassandra looked around at her surroundings and soon, they arrived at Dulcinea from another well.

As Cassandra looked around the beautiful view, it was quiet, beautiful, colourful and vibrate. "It's beautiful.", she sighed. Then Dominick gave her an outfit. "What's this?", she asked. "It's a traditional Dulcinea dress. Every woman in the land wears it, so put this on before we enter the village and the kingdom.", Dominick replied.

Cassandra put on the dress; it was medieval style dark olive green dress with rips on the long sleeves. When Cassandra came out in the dress, Dominick looked at her in a dreamy way. "Wow.", he sighed. "Well, how I look?", she asked. "You look like a real princess.", he smiled. "Come on, let's go.", Dominick replied. He takes her hand and they walked through the pathway that enters the village.

Once they arrived, Cassandra was amazed to see the village, it was filled with amazing markets, horses, people and so much more than she could ever imagine. Dominick takes Cassandra around the entire village, and they looked at single market stalls that were there. Then a young boy recognise Dominick and go everyone's attention. "Hey everyone's it's the Prince and he found his true love!!", he cried.

"It's the Prince and he found his true love!", everyone cried, as they all greet him and Cassandra all at once. As the villagers crowded and blocking them on the way to the castle, Dominick spots a nearby horse, drags Cassandra along with him. "Where are we going?", she asked. "You'll see.", Dominick replied. They arrived to the horse and Dominick faced Cassandra to him, holding her arms.

"Do you trust me?", he asked. "Yes.", she cried. "Good.", he replied, as he lifts her up in the air, and puts her on the horse before climbing on in front of her. "Hold on tight!", he cried. She wrapped her arms around his waist as tight as she could and Dominick whips the horse to run. "Yah!", he cried, and the horse runs fast to the castle.
