The Life of Queen Cassandra

After spending a week in Dulcinea with Dominick and his family, Ada wakes Cassandra up in her royal chambers.

"Good morning, milady.", Ada replied, opening the curtains wide open and the sun from the window shined upon Cassandra's eyes.

"Good morning, Ada.", Cassandra replied with a sleepy voice. "Get dressed, and breakfast is served in the grand dining room.". Ada replied, as she picked a dress for Cassandra to wear.

Ada chose a beautiful dark maroon dress with black flowing sleeves, and placed it on top of her changing screen, and set a hot bath for her before making her bed.

Whilst Ada was making her bed, Cassandra entered inside her bathroom, where Ada had already prepare her bathtub.

The entire bathroom was filled with candles, and the bathtub was filled with hot, warm water and lots of Dulcinea's blue rose petals.

Cassandra smiled and enjoys her morning bath, and playing with the rose petals with her fingers after Ada finished making her bed.

Cassandra then got out of the bath and went behind the changing screen and put in her dress, with Ada helping her zip it up.

Then Cassandra went downstairs to the grand dining room where King Richard, Queen Celestria and Dominick were having breakfast.

"Good morning, Cassandra.", Queen Celestria greeted. "Good morning, your majesty.", Cassandra replied, as she sat next to Dominick and starts having her breakfast, which was toast, eggs, sausages and cheese slices.

As Cassandra and Dominick enjoys their breakfast with his parents, King Richard and Queen Celestria offers a special surprise for Cassandra.

"Cassandra, we want to offer you a special surprise today.", King Richard replied. "What's the special surprise, your majesty?", Cassandra asked.

"Dominick will be taking you around the entire town of Dulcinea, show you around the markets and see what the villagers do every day for a living.", King Richard replied with a smile.

"Thank you, your majesty. I would love to look around.", Cassandra replied. "Great, put on a hooded cape and meet Dominick outside the castle.", King Richard replied.

After breakfast, Cassandra returned to her royal chambers to get a hooded cape and chose a black velvet hooded cape and puts it on.

She later meets Dominick outside the castle and together they walked into the markets and town. Cassandra looked around the beautiful markets, where they sell bread, wine, fruit, flowers and other sorts of things.

Dominick takes Cassandra to the bread market stall and offers her a small piece of crusty bread, which is close to a French baguette, with a small drench of olive oil.

"Try it, it's good.", Dominick replied, taking a bite of the bread. Cassandra takes a bite out of it and examine the taste of the bread and olive oil combination. "Mmm. It's really good.", she cried.

Later he takes her to the wine market stall, where they sell the best red wine. "He offers her a small glass of it, but Cassandra declines. "I can't.", she sighed. "Why not?", Dominick asked.

"I'm only 16, it's illegal for me to drink alcohol while I'm still underage.", Cassandra replied. "Well, in Dulcinea, there's no drinking rule.", Dominick replied.

Cassandra then takes the glass and took a small sip of red wine. "So?", he asked. "It's sweet and ripe.", she replied.

Dominick takes her to Dulcinea's library and they read many books and takes her to the tailor shop, where tailors made the royal outfits.

After an amazing day, Dominick and Cassandra returned back to the castle to join King Richard and Queen Celestria for dinner.

At dinner, whilst enjoying a delicious roast lamb chop crown with bread and roast vegetables, King Richard and Queen Celestria asked Cassandra about her day.

"How's your day of exploring Dulcinea's markets?", King Richard asked. "It's very interest. I enjoyed it very much actually.", Cassandra replied.

"I'm glad you like it, Cassandra.", Queen Celestria smiled. Cassandra smiled at her back and they resume their meal.
