Star feels the pressure for her album debut. Alex deals with her mother being in town. Simone finds her footing in life again. Jackson tries to move forward with Star. Derek's grief affects his professionsl and personal life. Randall makes his attempt to pursue Carlotta.

Kehlani's Feels plays in the back round of the scene as Alex wakes up. She eases her body up in bed and holds her stomach trying to catch her breath. She finds Derek's side of the bed empty and she grows worried. She gets out the bed and waddles her way out of the room. She walks in the kitchen and Derek is making pancakes and eggs at the stove. She walks up to him from behind and kisses him on his neck.
"Morning."
"Good Morning. I didn't hear you come in last night."
"Yeah. I was taking care of some stuff at the club."
"We've been in the house for two weeks and we've been passing ships every night."
"I know. I miss you too "
"I know you want to be the head provider and take care of me and Nemo but we're still newlyweds and I'm horny as hell." She says making him laugh. "It's not funny. I don't like being a jumpy dog wanting to get off all day."
"I'm sorry for depriving you baby. I've been working to make sure you both are taken care of." He says holding her stomach. "What can I do to make it up to you?"
"Well I have some time before I have to go in for this label family photo shoot. Maybe we can get a quick one in?"
"Say no more." He turns off the stove and quickly lifts Alex in his arms. He gets to the foyer but he starts to slow down as her weight strain his arms.
"Couch?"
"Yeah let's do that." He says as she laughed. The doorbell rings and he sets her down on the floor. "Who's here this early?"
"I don't know." They walk to the door and it's a tall woman with her black hair and big shades.
"Mom?"
"There's my girl." Rose exclaims as she takes off her glasses and hugs her daughter. ______________________________________
"Hey Star you ready to go?" Jackson says as he stands outside her bedroom door.
"Yeah. I'll be out in a second." She opens the door holding Davis in her arms and her hair is in her natural brunette color.

"I washed the blonde out. I wanted something different for the album. What you think?"
