Switching classes

Not really a funny story just more of a relatable awkward one😶
So when I was in middle school I would switch classes often because I had math support a lot and when you tested out of that class you got switched to a new one of your choice. It was nice when you texted out right before the next semester so when you switched classes it would be the start of the new class and everyone was new and stuff but that wasn't always the case. I remember one time I moved into this cooking class and I was pretty scared because it was the middle of the year and I was new and stuff and I just felt...awkward. It's always hard moving to a new class. So I went up to the teacher and I said "hey I just got out of maths support and I transferred to this class so yeah..." and she said, "You're in this class now? Yay!" We walked into the class and I sat at this table with people who I knew and the next thing I knew was everyone staring at me and the teacher saying "so this is our new student she is new so say hi everyone!" So awkward... I guess if you never had this happen it's not that relatable but if you've ever had this happen you know how bad this is. The year before I believe I moved to gym halfway. I remember walking into the class and I hadn't talked to the teacher so I just sat down at a random table with these girls I was friends with and was scared. When we got up to go to the changing room the teacher looked at me and was like "oop! Are you new?" And I was like "yeah..." and then I don't remember what happened but uhm moving classes is always awkward...
