So basically one day me and my sister were watching this show and I was making fun of it and I said "sir" because they say that a lot in the show because it's pretty fancy but I pronounced it as "sire" (or si-yer idk how to even explain that) and my sister was like "THATS NOT A WORD" and 2 seconds later the kid on the show as like "yes sire" and we just start dying laughing and that's literally it. So is sire a real way to say sir or not?
