The only time I see the beast
Is when I gaze into the solidified Mercury substance
That reflects external truths.
It's eyes might as well be blind,
Addicted to the super massive black holes
And their nature to devour light and energy,
A personalized Milky Way.
The tangled dreads that obscure it's epidermis,
Are overgrown leeches
Awaiting an unsuspected victim
To venture close and become it's new host.
Draining oxygenated blood
And restoring it with an effluent
Of CO2 toxic plasma.
The lycanthrope sharp ears
Receptive of secrets
That sharpen fangs
That tear without touching
Any discoverers of it's identity.
Forever hungry and unaware of it's true food source.
Beware if you don't see it,
It watches you.
