Chapter Nine

Jin Hee POV

By the time we arrived at the town, it was already 3PM. The town was about an hours drive and it was a really small town. There were many street food stalls around and I was pretty keen on having a taste of everything!

"Where shall we eat?" JungKook asked beaming. "Do you want to cook at the villa or eat something here?"

"Can we cook at the villa?" I asked. "But I want some fishcake and spicy rice cake!" I said grinning cheekily.

"Sure." JungKook said then we walked to a vendor and ask for some spicy rice cake.

"That would be ₩7000." The kind lady said as she handed the plastic bag to me. I waited for JungKook to pay since we took out his wallet but instead he walked away.

"JungKook! Jeon JungKook!" I shouted at his direction. But that idiot walked away faster and faster. "I'm sorry maam. Give me a moment." I said as I took out my wallet and paid for the food. I only had 20000₩! I said thank you and walked away to a fried food vendor.

After buying all my snacks and what not, I headed back to the car where I saw JungKook standing and smirking at me. That idiot!! Not that I wasn't independent enough to buy my own food but for god sake, he should be the one paying since he dragged me here!

"You horrible idiot." I said and he chuckled. I waited for him to open the door to the car since my hands were full of plastic bags, but instead JungKook walked away to his driver's seat. I groaned and forced myself to open the door, almost causing my bag of fried chicken to slip out of my hands ! I got into the car and slammed the door.

"What took you so long?" JungKook asked. He started driving off and boy did he talk a lot! "What shall we cook?", "Can you cook?", "Dont give me food poisoning.", "Hey why are you so quiet?"

I ignored him for the rest of the journey and he just fidgeted around. I was honestly pissed off with him even if he wasn't as annoying as other days. When we got to the villa, JungKook plopped onto the sofa while clutching his stomach.

"Jin Hee, can you cook by yourself? I'm not feeling so well." He said while groaning.

"Good act JungKook, get your arse up and help me heat up the food. The faster we do it, the faster we can eat!" I said as I walked to the kitchen and took out some vegetables and eggs to cook. The helper of the villa took out some pots and pans and gave me assistance.

"I'm serious Jin Hee, I'm not feeling too well." He said as his face turned red. He was sweating all over. "I'll help you when I'm better."

I thought for awhile but after hearing JungKook groaning and moaning, I decided to let him rest in his room while I cook. I wasn't the best cook hence I only made something simple like stir fried vegetables and egg rolls to go with the finger food and side dishes i bought. I rolled up the eggs perfectly and placed them on the dinning table. There was instant rice so it wasn't a problem. I heated up the food from just now and placed them on the dinning table as well.

Over all, which meant washing the dishes, and cleaning up, it took me almost an hour. I looked at the time and thought that JungKook must be really sick since he didnt come down. Maybe its because we havent eaten since, like the whole day.

I went up to JungKook's room and knock on his door. I entered and saw him laying on his bed with his phone in his hands. "Jin Hee? You're done?"

"Well, yes. Come down and have dinner." I said. "Are you feeling better now? Is your stomach upset better?" I asked.

"What? I've been fine-" He stopped halfway and his eyes widden.

"You idiot! You lied to me that you were sick!" I said as I hit him on the arm. I was literally so angry and ran down the stairs away from the idiot. That was pretty mean. Considering I had to pay for all the food, carry all the food, prepare the whole meal when HE was the one who assured that HE will take care of me (according to my father).

"Jin Hee! Come back! I'm sorry I was lazy. I really am sorry.." He said pouting.

"Whatever JungKook." I said and pushed him aside. I sat at the dinning table and started eating. JungKook sat next to me and used his chopstick to feed me a piece of fried chicken cutlet. I rolled my eyes and pushed his hand away then fed myself a piece of chicken cutlet dipped in sauce.

I quickly ate so I could get away from JungKook's aegeyo. I ran up to my room and plopped onto my bed. I tool out my phone since i realised its been a while.

Holy shit! I forgot to text and call him. Oh my God.

"Jin Hee! I've arrived him America!"

"Why aren't you replying?"

"God, you're making me worried!"

"I received news you went on a camping trip with Jeon JungKook?! Are you kidding????"

I panic when I saw the messages. I immediately called him. But he didn't answered hence I left a text message.

"Jin! I'm sorry! I didn't check my phone! I miss you so much! It feels like forever! T.T How did you know I'm with JungKook though."

"JIN HEE YOU REPLIED FINALLY!! DID YOU KNOW HOW WORRIED I WAS? I MISSED YOU! WHY ARE YOU WITH HIM?"

I texted back, "He made it as a surprise! He planned it and he was clever enough to ask my dad instead! I'm dying here!!!"

"PLEASE BE SAFE AND I NEED TO GO NOW. BYE LOVE YOU."

My heart beat increased as I smiled widely at his text. "Bye, love you too."

HELLO! I finally updated another chapter hooray! Its 13th of December and my Super Junior bias; Sungmin got married!! Congratulations but it feels so different that he's married.

Apart from that, The Red Bullet Singapore was today as well and I didn't go which made me really really reaaaaaalllllly sad. The audio stream made me cry but I'm glad other ARMYs had a great time although I'm envious!
