It was a little while since they forgave each other, Matthew still loved Elizabeth. Cindy still loved Matthew, but since she loved him so much, she chose his happiness over her own. So she started helping him trying to get with Elizabeth. Matthew was wondering to himself, why is she helping me. He didn't want to bring it up cause he felt it might make thing worse than how it already was. He stayed silent, until one day they were at that time planing when he would ask Elizabeth to be his girlfriend again, they agreed he would do it on Valentine's day.
