Roxy went to the cliff side doing stretches while the unknown merman was walking up the cave's trail. The unknown merman came out into the opening and saw Roxy doing her stretches. The fellow came up to Roxy and asked "what are you doing here? Are you expecting someone?" "I'm doing my stretches. This cliff side is I guess famous for the people, I moved here a few months ago... Hello, my name is Roxy. What's your?" "Roxy! Are you the one my grandma wants me to mate with?" "Mate with? I don't know you or your grandma who ever she is, the only grandmas I meet or see is at my job when they come to pick up their grandchildren." "My apology I thought you were um" "There can be a lot of Roxy's out there if you don't know the person you're looking for. So are you going to tell me your name or will I have to guess?" "Sorry, it is Daniel." "Well Daniel it was nice meeting you but I must go home." In a lonely like sad voice Daniel said "home." "Do you miss your home town?" "Yeah. Why do you ask?" "Just sound like you miss your home town. If you don't have a place to stay at you can stay at my house until you find Roxy or a house to rent." "Rent?" "Yeah where you pay to stay at a house or apartment for like a month." "So I can stay at your house?" "Of course." "Why? Why would you let me stay at your house, someone you don't know?" "I think It's the right thing to do and you look a little lost. Besides it'll be temporary, just until you find your friend and or another place to stay at." "Thank you then." "You're welcome. Well then come on, I'll show you around the town tomorrow." Daniel and Roxy chatted all the way to Roxy's house. After arriving at Roxy's house, she showed Daniel around, leaving his room for last. "So this room is for me to sleep in and change clothes?." "Yes. Like my room but this room is yours." "Thank you again, I really appreciate all this." "It's no problem... Well I'm sure you're hungry cause I know I am, I'll cook something for us to eat. Why don't you explore your room?" "Ok." Like before when Erika first visited Roxy's home Roxy made breakfast for dinner while Daniel browsed his room. Once everything was set at the table Roxy called for Daniel for dinner. "Danny pl-" "My name is Daniel." "I know but friends can give nick names or shorten a friend's name; like I did. Is that alright?" "We're friends?" "I think so. Aren't we?" "Sure we are, it's fine." Roxy just smiled and said "well lets sit and eat." Danny like Erika watched Roxy to see what to do. To Roxy it felt like DeJa'Vu repeating almost nearly everything when Erika first stayed with her. A week gone by and Danny still felt guarded somehow, learning more about the human world, and still looking for Roxy even though unknowingly he indeed found her.
