I pulled Taylor from Emily's grip and glared at Emily.
"Taylor, we got to go, we've got English and we don't want to be late for that" I said.
Emily tightened her hand on her arm and pulled her towards the classroom.
"Taylor," she whined " just stay until people come so I don't look like a loner."
You always look like a loner, I said in my head. Taylor shook her head and released herself from Emily and stood next to me.
"No." she said sternly " We have to go and people will be here in a minute."
"Fine." She mumbled.
Taylor grabbed me and pulled me round the corner away from Emily. I looked over my shoulder to see if she was following, but I saw April and Jesse coming up to join us.
"Hey." I greeted. They nodded, falling into step with us.
"What lesson you guys got next?" Taylor asked.
They pulled out there schedules and looked at there next lesson. "I've got Health and then World History." April replied, pointing towards a group of students lining up outside a single floor building.
"See you in History, Jesse!" She walked off, going to her next class, promising us that she would talk to us later.
"What about you Jesse?" I asked, looking at her schedule.
"I've got Journalism then History with April." She said, nodding over to where April now was.
"What English have we got?" I asked Taylor. She thought for a moment.
"Um AP Literature." I nodded. One of the things that me and Taylor had in common were our English skills.
"So we're together." Jesse said. We shook our heads simultaneously.
"No, because Literature is different to Journalism-" I started.
"-Oh yeah, I know." She finished.

15 minutes later, were heading towards our lesson.
"See you later, Jesse." I called over my shoulder.
"See you at lunch." Taylor added. She didn't look back once.
"She's a bit....." I said, pushing a door open and pulling Taylor through the on-coming crowd.
".....Slow?" She replied, raising her eyebrows.
"Yeah." I nodded, stepping behind Fiona and Chloe. She shook her head, laughing in the process.
"Do you have your homework?" Fiona asked. I gave her an amused stare.
"Really Fi? You really wanted to try that?" I asked.
"Just wanted to see your reaction." She said.
I gave her a blank stare and rolled my eyes. I turned to Taylor and snapped my fingers in front of her face. "Sorry, what?" She asked, looking confused.
"Nothing, you just went out if it." She was about to answer when our teacher, Miss Jones, stalked out the classroom. Well, this will be a fun lesson. Yeah, no.

The lesson turned out alright. The teachers car had been hijacked and everything had been stolen, along with clingfilm being wrapped around it. She spent half the lesson ranting about how stupid children are and then walked out, screaming down the hallway. We spent the rest of the lesson messing about. We were heading to form.
"Come in SILENTLY!" My tutor bellowed. I cringed as I stepped into the classroom. I pulled out my seat and fell into it, dropping my bags under the table.
"You can sit in silence for 5 minutes because the boys came in talking."
All our heads turned to the back of the room as the boys came bundling through the door.
"You can now sit in silence for the rest of tutor because Jake is still talking!" She screamed.
I glared at Jake.
"What?" He said, bringing his head towards mine. I shook my head, pulling it away.
This started a murmur of talking. This grew even louder, and before you knew it, it was as if everyone was talking loudly. This had caught our teacher's attention. She stood up from her chair and looked around the room for something. Her eyes landed on the folder next to her. She picked it up and looked at us, we were still talking. She walked back to her chair and threw the folder. It hit off the desk and landed on the floor with a loud 'thud'. We were all looking at her, shocked and silent. We were expecting her to shout and rant on and on.
However, she did the complete opposite. She took a deep breath and slowly sat back down again. I looked behind me at Abbey who was shaking with laughter. I turned to look at Taylor. I stifled a laugh. Everyone was laughing or smiling but she was rigid with fear. She sat there, shaking with nerves, facing the front and with a straight face plastered on. This caused me to start laughing. Quietly, of course.
*-*
"Everyone can go. Taylor I just need a word." She turned towards me, "Wait for me?" She mouthed.
I nodded my head, to say I understood. I stepped out of the class to wait for her. She stepped out two minutes later. "What she want?" I asked.
"Miss said a new girl will be joining our tutor group." She said.
"Cool. But what has that got to do with you?" I asked, clearly confused. Taylor smiled at me.
"You didn't let me finish," she started. I laughed. "The new girl is going to be shadowing me." She finished.
"Well let's hope she is nice." I said, trying to remain hopeful.
"All we can do is hope." Taylor added. She was right, all we could do was hope.
