Marie:" I can't believe that he is really gone like it was just yesterday that we got together and I'm the one that killed him.

Me:" Well things happens you will get over it"

Marie:" I don't know about that that night keeps playing in my head I might go crazy. "

Me:" Sis you just killed someone of course you are going to go crazy. The way things happened it was no other way "

Marie:" I know and the fact that her made the love of my life leave is what done it for me."

Me:" Yea I know.... Are you going to the wake tomorrow "

Marie:" Yea I guess I can be out of school for a while"

Me:" Yea I'm going to go to even though he was a pain in the ass he was kinda like family. We grew up together "

Marie:" Yea and he always had a crush on you"

Me:" Yea I don't know why though but ok"

We just laid there looking at the ceiling. I feel for Marie because she took this hard. I mean things happens and when it's your time to go then that's it. I lost two people that I knew this year. First my mom now Max and I don't know if it's going to get better or worse.

Lee:" Dude you good you just lost on of your people's "

Me:" We wasn't close so it don't matter"

Lee :" ok you want to spark up"

Me:" Yea dude I need a distraction from life right now"

That's when he rolled up and we was just smoking. I was thinking about how Dejanee is talking this because she just lost her mom now someone she grew up with that's crazy how life hurts the good people in this world.

Lee:" You going to the wake"

Me:" Yea only because my girl is going and I want to be here for her "

Lee:" oh true... how is she taking all this like her mom just died "

Me:" Fr fr she took it better then I thought but her best friend on the other hand took it hard."

Lee:" Well she did date him then she killed him I would probably be going crazy right now "

Me:" Yea.... man pass that "

Lee:" Shit my bad "

He passed the blunt and then made another one. By the time we was done I was high as shit. Now I'm hungry and want something to eat.

Me:" What you got eat"

Lee:" what do I got .... of chips and I'll make sandwiches "

Me:" Ard bet"

He left to go make the sandwiches and bring back chips. When he got back I put the chips in the sandwich and ate it like that, then got me something to drink. That's how it was for the rest of the day until I had to go home and get ready for tomorrow.
